Labor in vain

Psalm 127:1-5
Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.
It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep.
Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth.
Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! No shame at the gate of city.
Why?
Human effort is of no avail if God is not in it.
God normal provision comes through the gift of sons, the key to the family's future financial security.
Disputes and business deals were settled at the city gate. Here the grown-up sons support their father in maintaining the family's interests.
How?
When walking with the Lord, every labor I laid will be not in vain. Only under the blessing of the Lord, everything is meaningful.

Restore our fortunes, O Lord, like streams in the Negev

Psalm 126:1-6
When the Lord brought back the captives to Zion.
The Lord had done great thing for us, and we are filled with joy.
Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.
Restore our fortunes, O Lord, like streams in the Negev.
Why?
The Lord erase the captives shame and sins, restore their honor and nation.
Praise be to the Lord for God had done great thing for those who followed Him.
Restore out fortunes, no more course and condemnation.
The need to experience this yet again or prayer for the restoration of the nations as a whole.
Negev: For most of the year the river-beds in the southern desert(Negev) are dry, but when the rain comes the water rushes down them in torrents.
How?
Our fortunes and strength are in hands of the Lord, lift up my eyes on the Lord. His love endure forever.

Those who trust in the Lord cannot be shaken but endures forever

Psalm 125:1-5
Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever.
As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds his people both now and forevermore.
The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous. -- Sometimes will over the land allotted to the righteous - for testimony.
Why?
Psalmist pray to the Lord do good to them, to the righteous and to those who trust in the Lord.
Those who trust in God enjoy unshakable security, solid as the Temple hill itself. The wicked will not always have the upper hand. Let them be warned!
No matter how the situation is those trust in the Lord who have peace and security.
How?
Trust in the Lord have peace in my heart and enjoy unshakable security. The Lord his righteousness endure forever.

My help is in the name of the Lord!

Psalm 124:1-8
Let Israel say- if the Lord had not been on our side- they would have swallowed us alive; the flood would have engulfed us; the raging waters would have swept us away.
Praise be to the Lord, who has not let us be torn by their teeth.
Our help is in the name of the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.
Why?
God is the rescuer.
If the God had not been on our side... The consequences are unthinkable.
For without God's help the nation could not have survived the onslaught of their enemies.
The credit is God's alone.
How?
Praise be to the Lord! My help is in the name of the Lord!

Lift up my eyes to the Lord

Psalm 123:1-8
Contempt: the feeling with which a person regards anything considered meanvile, or worthless; disdain; scorn.
I lift up eyes to the Lord, as the eyes of slaves look to the hand of their master.
Have mercy on us, O Lord, for we have endured much contempt.
The appeal is to God, who cares for those the rich treat with contempt.
Verse 1 is a single voice; then the group speaks.
Why?
The psalmist has hope on God only. He call out to the Lord.
We are the servants of the Lord!
How?
I have difficult task right now, I have to look up my eyes to the Lord, call out to God for I have not idea to solve it.

Seek your prosperity

Psalm 122:1-9
I rejoiced with those who said to me, "Let us go to the house of the Lord."
Praise the name of the Lord according to the statute given to Israel.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May those who love you be secure.
For the sake of my brothers and friends, I will say, "Peace be within you."
For the sake of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your prosperity.
Why?
The pilgrim prays for the peace of the city, the centre of worship and seat of government for the whole nation.
Let us go to the house of the Lord, the church on Sunday to worship the Lord.
Pray to the whole people who loves the Lord.
Our prosperity is under the mercy of the Lord, let us have more prosperity is honor the name of the Lord.
How?
Pray to the Lord for our country, our brothers, churches and ourselves. Seek your peosperity in the house of the Lord!

Lift up my eyes to the hills

Psalm 121:1-8
I lift up my eyes to the hills -- where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot slip-- he who watches over you will not slumber
The Lord watches over you--   day and night
The Lord will keep you from all harm-- he will watch over your life.
The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
Why?
The protection of the Lord to us is everywhere and anytime.
Don't frustrate the bad situation now, lift up my eyes to the Lord, He is my helper. My help comes from the Lord who is the maker of heaven and earth.
Those who trust God know where to turn in trouble.
With God to guard them they can come to no harm.
Hills/mountains: They may signify danger, or the reference may be to the Temple hill (Mt Zion) and God's presence.
How?
Trust in God who is my helper, my hope is in Him. Always lift up my eyes to the Lord!

Repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name

Luke 24:36-53
Jesus is really has risen from the dead and alive. They see the crucifixion scars. He eats with them. He appears to peter, and the apostle is a new man. Despondency, mourning, fear are replaced by indescribable joy.
Jesus opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.
This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
Jesus lifted his hands and blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven.
Why?
We need God open our minds so we can understand the Scriptures.
Good News is the message of repentance and forgiveness of sins in Jesus name.
When Jesus died, they not only lost a much-loved friend and teacher, but he focus of all their hopes. They were alone and terribly afraid. Jesus had several times spoken no only of his coming dead but also of his resurrection, but they did not expect a sequel to the story.
Peter, the natural leader, was crushed beyond bearing by the knowledge that he had denied Christ.
Yet within 12 hours everything has changed. The tomb is empty - and Jesus himself has been seen on at least five different occasions, not only by the apostles but by other followers too.
They recognize hm s the real Jesus, not an ghost.
How?
Jesus has risen from the dead, so we have hope, we shall preach the gospel- repentance and forgiveness of sins to everyone under the name of Jesus Christ.

Our hearts burning within us while Jesus with us

Luke 24:13-35
On the road to Emmaus, Jesus shown to two apostles.
How foolish you are, and how slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! Did not the Christ have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?
Were not our hearts burning within us while Jesus with us on the road ?
Jesus took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him.
Why?
Most people are foolish and slow of heart to believe in Jesus. Jesus Christ have to suffer these things and then enter his glory, this is a special step to save us. It is the way of God, it is not the way of human being can understand.
When we are go with Jesus, our heart burning within us, same as Holy Spirit with us.
Only Luke record the story of the two otherwise unknown disciples going to Emmaus. so vividly told that it seems to come first-hand.
What happens when Jesus catches up with them - the dramatic mood-swing, and their new understanding. - encapsulates what happened to all Jesus' followers.
Jesus who himself comes to his disciples and explained himself how be described in scriptures and show to them.
How?
When I go with Jesus, my heart burning within us. This is the power and glory of the Lord.

He has risen!

Luke 24:1-12
Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you...."
I was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James who old this to the apostles, but they did not believe the women because their words seemed to them like nonsense.
Peter got up and ran to the tomb, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he went away, wondering to himself what had happened.
Why?
In the stillness of Sunday morning, as day breaks so does the extraordinary news. Jesus, so recently dead and buried, is alive again!
With any major event, it is hard to piece together information from a number of independent witnesses. But all are clear about the fact - see "Jesus' resurrection".
Those women are still caring about Jesus, even he was buried.
Why do you look for the living among dead? The living one is Jesus Christ. Everyone who believes in Jesus will become living one in spiritual life.
Under horror or panic, we are easy forget the words of the Lord. Be still, the Lord is with us, pray to the Lord and waiting for Him!
How?
Jesus has risen, He has conquered the dead. He is our leader, our salvation. He is worthy to worship and honor. I don't afraid the dead and sin, because Jesus has risen.

The curtain of the temple was torn in two

Luke 23:44-56
The curtain of the temple was torn in two.
Jesus called out with a loud voice. "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit." He breathed his last.
The centurion, seeing what had happened, praised God and said, "Surely this was a righteous man."
All those who knew him, including the women who had followed him from Galilee, stood at a distance, watching these things.
A man named Joseph, a member of the Council, a good and upright man who had not consented to their decision and action. He asked for Jesus' body and took it down, wrapped it in lien cloth and placed it in a tomb cut in the rock, one in which no one had yet been laid.
The women who had come with Jesus followed Joseph and saw the tomb and how his body was laid in it.
Why?
Usually gentiles know Jesus is the righteous man, is the Son of God. But most of the Jews who do not know Jesus is the Christ.
The women who had come with Jesus could not do anything, but they do what they can do, watching and following Jesus. It is showing the respecting and expressing their emotion.
About the sixth hour/noon: This was the fixed point of the day. Without clocks and watches, time can only be approximate. John says Jesus was sentenced by Pilate at the sixth hour, but may mean simply 'late morning'; Luke that Jesus was on the cross about midday.
The curtain divided the sanctuary from the body of the Temple. Just once a year the high priest passed through to intercede for the people. Now no intermediary is needed - all may have access to God.
How? Like those women, the follower of Jesus Christ, always keep silent, but follow Jesus, watching what He does, and do what they can do for Jesus. So am I, don't have make known to the world what I have done, but let people know Jesus.

Don't you fear God

Luke 23:27-43
Don't weep for me, but for Jerusalem. For if people do these things when the tree is green, what will happen (NIV)
“Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” (NIV)
“Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.” (NIV)
Jesus said to him, "Truely I tell you, today, you will be with me in paradise.” (NIV)
Why?
Gospel writers all focus on the meaning of Jesus' death rather than horrific description.
Even at the last moment return to Jesus and confessed his own sins will be saved.
How?
Most people don't know they are doing, it is need us to remind them, show the love of Jesus to them.

An innocent man be cricified for our sins

Luke 23:13-26
But they all cried out together,"Away with this man, and release to us Barabbas. Crucify, crucify him!"
A third time Pilate said to them, "Why, what evil has he done? I have found in him no guilt deserving death. I will therefore punish and release him."
Their voice prevailed. So Pilate decided that their demand should be granted.
He delivered Jesus over to their will.
Why?
They though Jesus is more worse than a robber! They protected their religious.
Pilate was a tool in this event, he declared that Jesus has not guilt.
Although acquitted by both Herod and Pilate, Jesus is condemned to death because Pilate dare not risk another unfavourable report reaching the emperor. So a convicted murderer is freed, and an innocent man scourges and crucified.
How?
Crowd are blind and know nothing about the truth. Jesus shed for our sin, don't forget the love of the Lord

Blaspheme

Luke 22:63-23:12
Blaspheming who? Those people though Jesus blasphemed the Lord, but actually it is they balsamed God.
Are you the Son of God?  "You say that I am" Jesus answered.
Are you the King of the Jews? Pilate asked Jesus. Jesus answered "You have said so."
Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowds, "I find no guilt in this man." But they were urgent, saying, "He stirs up the people, teaching throughout all Judea, from Galilee even to this place."
Herod with his soldiers treated Jesus with contempt and mocked him.
Why?
Blasphemy was a capital charge under Jewish law.
The trial by the Sanhedrin Council makes it clear they condemned Jesus to death for his claim to be Son of God. But the accusation is rephrased for the Roman governor. Pilate is not interested in offences against Jewish religious law, so the charges are 'perverting our nation', forbidding payment of tax and the treasonable 謀叛的claim to be 'King of the Jews' - the charge on which Pilate's condemnation will rest.
It is strange to find the exchange over Jesus bringing these two old enemies together.
Knowing the truth can see the true thing.
How?
O Lord! Please open my eyes to see you, open my heart, my mind to understand you and worship you.

The way of Jesus walked

Luke 22:47-62
Jesus was arrested by the chief priest, the officers of the temple guard, and the elders. "Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?"
Jesus asked them "Am I leading a rebellion, that you have come with swords and clubs?... But this is your hour-- when darkness reigns."
Peter three times denied Jesus before the rooster crows. When Jesus looked straight at Peter, Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him. And he went outside and wept bitterly.
Peter is brave enough to keep within sight of Jesus as he is led away. But with nothing to do but wait, courage oozes洩漏 away and fear takes control. Three times Peter says what he swore he would never say.
Why?
Even his leading disciple denies Jesus. But one look from him is enough to break the big fisherman's heart.
Jesus came to this world with love and peace, and he comes without rebellions. And he is the King of this world.
Just at that moment it is the time of dark, Jesus have to be crucified to save all of us from the sin.
If I was peter, I believed that I will do like Peter or escaped away.
How?
The way of Jesus walked is love and humble, but walked with power and honor. Cross seems shame but it is honor and treasure to all of his followers.

Pray that you will not fall into temptation

Luke 22:31-46
Jesus said to peter  , "Satan has asked to sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon , that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strength your brothers."
Before Jesus sent them without purse, bag or sandals, but now they have to bring these even buy sword.
Jesus said what is written about him is reaching its fulfillment.
Pray that you will not fall into temptation.
Jesus prays on the mountain of Olives. Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done. He was being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly.
Jesus real trial takes place among the olives, as he consents to sacrifice his life. Arrest follows swiftly.
Why?
Satan wanted to test the faith of Simon and every Christian, if he is failed will be casted aside like sift wheat.
Anguish are omitted in some texts, on the scribe. The evidence points strongly that way. The word agony/anguish, describing Jesus' horror at facing a God-forsaken death occurs only here in the New Testament.
Physical and Spiritual contest is always exiting within us either. We need the prayer and God's strength to our faith. Sacrifice need the love from the Love, only God and Jesus can help us.
How?
Pray and pray earnest that I will not fall into temptation.

Help others with the love of Jesus

Luke 22:14-30
Jesus taking the cup, he gave thanks and said, "Take this and divide it among you. For I will not drink again of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes". And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying "This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me."
In the same way, he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you."
Who is greater? Christians should not be like the kings of the Gentiles, the greatest among you should be like the youngest and the one who rules like the one who serves. Jesus among them as one who serves.
Why?
This is the last Supper for Jesus and his disciples.
Share the bread and cup among Christians in church is in remembrance of Jesus.
The one who is greater like the one who serves, do it as Jesus serves other needed people, preaching gospel, healing...
Jesus made a new covenant to all those believe in Him. Free from the slave of sins and be an heir in kingdom of God through Jesus blood.
To be a Christian is let others feel the love from the Lord to them.
How?
No matter what my position is, my mission is to help others with the love of Jesus.

The Last Supper

Luke 22:1-13
The Feast of Unleavened Bread, called the Passover, was approaching. Satan entered Judas, one of the twelves, betrayed Jesus with the chief priests and the officers of the temple guard.
The Last Supper: Jesus showed them the place, they prepared the Passover. When the hour came, Jesus and his disciples reclined at the table.
For I tell you, I will not eat it again till it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God.
Why?
There is a time schedule that Jesus knows what to do and where to take place.
Judas be used by Satan, and Judas had opportunity let Satan get in.
Jesus knows this supper is the last one he with his disciples in the world.
Jesus said important words in this supper to his disciples.
How?
Remember how great is the blood Jesus shed for us on the cross.

Alway on the watch and pray that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man

Luke 21:20-38
Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
Stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with 1)dissipation耗散[dissolute way of living], , 2)drunkenness and 3)the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap.
Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.
Why?
At that time will be a terror day, but all Christians are glad because of the redemption is near. But everyone should always on the watch and pray may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and may be able to stand before the coming Jesus.
The fall of Jerusalem: phase one of the end.
Cosmic upheaval and Jesus' return: phase two of the end.
The certainty of these events, "All" must refer to the warning signs, including the fall of Jerusalem. All the indications are that Christ's coming is near: yet God still delays, giving time for the good news to be made known throughout the world. The fig-tree is the first to come into leaf in Palestine.
 How?
Hurry up to preach good news to made known throughout the world! Can I stand up before the Son of Man coming?

Endurance will gain our lives

Luke 21:1-19
The Lord sees the heart of man' heart, the amount of the devotion is not the measurement. The window out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.
When will these things be and what will be the sign when these things are about to take place?
1. Many will come in my name, saying 'I am he!'
2. There will be great earthquakes, and famines and pestilences.
3. Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom.   Wars
4. Before all this they will lay their hands on you and persecute you for Jesus' sake.
5. You will be delivered up even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends and some of you will put to death.
By your endurance you will gain your lives.
Jerusalem was destroyed at about year 70 by Roman.
Why?
God knows everyone heart, only He can do it!
The Lord allowed these things happen to testify who are the honest servants.
Endurance bring disciples suffering, but they gain the eternal life in heaven.
How?
What we suffering now is more lighter than many Christians in the world. But I should bear in mind that I have to bear my cross to follow Jesus.

Beware of the scribes

Luke 20:19-47
Then render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's. The Tithe is God's.
Jesus speaks and teaches rightly and show no partiality, but truly teach the way of God.
The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage, but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and to the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage.
Now God is not the God of the dead, but of the living, for all live to him.
Jesus said to his disciples, "Beware of the scribes, who like to walk around in long robes, and love greetings in the marketplaces and the best seats in the synagogues and the places of honor at feasts, who devour widows' houses and for a pretense make long prayers. They will receive the greater condemnation.
The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand. First Lord is God, the second Lord is Jesus Christ.
Why?
Jesus' enemies set traps, but Jesus has great wisdom to answer those scribes.
Those widows are serving in Temple and their property are managed by the Temple.
Reading Bible let us understand the teaching of the Lord and transform my life more like Jesus. It is not read for others.
How?
O Lord! I need your wisdom, please give me some wisdom of heaven to make right decision and speak the right words.

Foundation of the faith in Christ

Luke 20:1-18
Jesus doesn't answer what his authority by, for no matter what his answer is they don't believe in him.
The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone (corner stone)?
Jesus said another parable of tenants of vineyard.
Why?
The authority given to Jesus is come from heaven, as John Baptism. No man in the world can let man rise from the dead and heal the deaf and blind men and conquer the devil. Only Jesus comes to set us free from slave of sin.
Jesus is the stone, unbeliever rejects him, everyone who falls on that stone will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed.
Jesus is the foundation to one who believes in Him. He may build a house of spirit to honor God's name.
How?
Stone could be foundation or be obstacle to anyone. Jesus is the foundation of my faith in Christ.

Church is house of prayer

Luke 19:28-48
Jesus was put on the colt. As he went along road goes down the Mount of Olives. Crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices.
Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!
Jesus prophets the city of Jerusalem will fall down and be attacked.
My house will be a house of prayer; but you have made it a den of robbers.
Jesus was teaching at the temple. But the chief priests, teachers of the law and the leaders among the people were trying to kill him.
The purging of the Temple, Mark says, was the next day. Jesus returned each day holding people spellbound with his teaching, to the frustration of those who wanted him silenced for ever.
Why?
Jesus rides into city on an ass (colt), not a war-horse, he comes on a peace mission. He shows tender and peace images. He is the king of all world, but does not like other kings in the world.
His disciple thought their teacher will be a leader among Israel, they will have some benefit of power.
Church is built for prayer and it is not for commercial business.
Chief priests, teachers of the law and the leaders are familiar with the law of Moses, but they didn’t know the real meaning of the word of God. They obey the wording of God. They lack the love and mercy, and they didn’t know the savior Jesus.  So as many people don’t know Jesus is their Savior.
The kernel of Chistian is Love
How?
Jesus is the king of kings, Jesus is my Savior, Jesus is the only hope to everyone in the world.

Be careful when study more on words of Bible and forsake the love of God to people.

The given talent to a servant of the Lord

Luke 19:1-27
Zacchaeus was seeking to see who Jesus was. He was small stature, so he ran on ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see him.
Jesus be the guest of a man who is a sinner, people grumbled.
Zacchaeus confessed his sins if he has done, he restores it fourfold.
The Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.
Zacchaeus is chief collector for the area, unlike Mathew, who was simply a local collector. But both were social outcasts because of their job.
Zacchaeus has made himself a fat living by adding a rake-off to the Roman taxes he was responsible for collecting - flexing his own people for personal advantage. But, like tax collector Matthew and unlike the 'rich ruler', Zacchaeus does not allow his wealth to become an obstacle.
Jesus doesn't care people grumbled, He does the right things.
Everyone who has, more will be given, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.
This story is similar to the parable of the talents in Matthew, though here each is loaned the same modest sum. Jesus like the 'nobleman', is about to leave his people for a time. In his absence they must faithfully carry out the work given them to do. When nobleman returns with authority, to call his servants to account and to execute summary judgment on his enemies.
Son of Abraham: Not simply a Jew, but one whose faith shows him to be a true descendant.
Why?
Salvation comes to who accepts it, no matter to what position is or procession have. Gospel is for everyone.
A Mina is about hundred day wage of a worker.
He who doesn't care the salvation of others has nothing and what he has will lost either. The faith and the blessing will be lost.
Who is the good servant?
How?
I have not doing the gospel preaching a while, it is the calling from the Lord, I shall to carry out the work that God wants me to do.

Faith comes from hearing and knowing

Luke 18:31-43
Jesus foretells his death a third time, his disciples did not grasp what he was said.
This is the seventh time Luke has recorded Jesus predicting his suffering: in general terms in 5:35, 12:50, 13:32-33; 17:25: with specific detail in 9:22, 43-45and here, where he speaks of being handed over to the Gentiles, and of his resurrection.
Son of David, have mercy on me! He cried out all the more.
A blind beggar was healed by Jesus, Jesus said to him, "Recover your sight. your faith has made you well."
When all the people saw it, gave praise to God.
Why?
Jesus healed the blind beggar with His power and beggar's faith.
All glory and honor gives to God, not to anyone in the world.
The blind man knows that Jesus is son of David. His physical eyes are blind but his heart can see the savior Jesus. He knows Jesus can heal him, this is faith. Faith comes from heard and knew it. It is really understand Him.
Son of David is another name of Messiah.
How?
Can we see who is my savior? People do not know who id Jesus, I should preach gospel and have witness among people, let people know who is Jesus, what he can do to everyone.

What is impossible with men is possible with God.

Luke 18:15-30
Whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.
Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.
What must to do to inherit eternal life? Asked by a ruler.
1)Do not murder, do not bear false witness
2) Honor your father and mother
3)Sell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.
How difficult it is for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God!
Who can be saved?
What is impossible with men is possible with God.
No one who has left house or family, for the sake of the kingdom of God, who will not receive many times more in this time, and in the age to come eternal life.
Why?
God's kingdom is wide open to all who come in humble trust.
It is impossible for a rich man enter the kingdom of God if he is greed in money or love money more than God.
But it is possible with God, for the God chooses whom be saved.
Forsake for the Lord, the Lord will take care him in this time and in the age to come eternal life.
No one is good in the world, all of us are sinners. Except the mercy of the Lord comes upon us and we choose to believe in Him.
How?
The kingdom of God is open to everyone, who like to forsake this world and follow Jesus. To be a Christian doesn't mean a poor but like to forsake the procession in this world for the sake of God.

Always pray and not lost heart

Luke 18:1-14
Ought always pray and not lost heart. Will not God give justice to his elect,, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them? I tell you, he will give justice to them speedily.
When Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?
The prayer of Pharisee and the tax collector. Tax collector is more humble and confessed his sins. He is more justified and the Pharisee.
For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but the one who humbles himself will be exalted.
Why?
God is not like the unjust judge. If this woman can persist with her plea, winning justice against such odds, how much more confident of a hearing and of justice can God's chosen ones' be. They need to pray and not lost heart, even if the answer is delayed.
The Pharisee 'prays' simple to congratulate himself on being better than others, and to rehearse his good deeds. It is the ta collector - the one who finds nothing in himself to be proud of whom God hears.
Yes, God is listen our prayer for we are his chosen one.
How?
My prayer and my heart does not have faith enough, please  give me the faith O Lord!

Prepare the coming of kingdom of God

Luke 17:1-37
When your brother sins, rebuke him, and if the repents, forgive him, even forgive him seven time a day.
All of us are the servants of the Lord, so when we have done our missions, we done what was out duty. We are unworthy servants.  It is humble behavior and mind.
Were no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner? Where are the nine lepers whom Jesus has cleaned?
1.The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed. For behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.
2.As the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one side to the other, so will the Son of Man be in his day.
3. Remember Lor's wife. On that day, do not come down to take goods in the house or turn back from field.
4. Whoever seeks to preserve his life will lost it, but whoever loses his life will keep it.
5.Where, Lord? Jesus said to them, "Where the corpse is, there the vultures禿鷹 will gather."
No amount of calculation can fix the time or place of Christ's return in judgment.
It will be plain for all to see - no secret.
And the world will be caught unprepared, as it was by the flood. Like the day of Noah and Lot, they were eating and drinking and marrying and being given in marriage, until the day destroyed them all.
Why?
The kingdom is already present in the person and work of Jesus. 'Among', not 'within', is the correct translation.
One will be taken and the other left, it means the judgement. Vultures gather means there are dead body, so vultures are the sign of kingdom of God is coming. The unbelievers are dead body in spirit.
The Lord doesn't want our gifts when He poured down his mercy on us, but we must express our appreciation to the Lord.
Have mercy to our borthers when he sins and he repents. Forgive him like Jesus forgives us.
How?
Behold and be aware of the kingdom of God is coming. This world will be caught unprepared. Do I have prepared it?
