Job 38:39-39:18
Do you know when the mountain goats give birth?
Do you count the months till they bear?
Do you know the time they give birth?
Who let the wild donkey go free?
Will the wild ox consent to serve you? Will it stay by your manger at night?
What does Job know about the creatures of the wild, the lion, the goat, the wild ass and ox, the ostrich, the horse, the eagle?
Why?
So many things we do not know, so compare with these things God is caring, Job's suffering is a little trouble.
How great is the Lord! Our wisdom and understanding come from the Lord.
Without a doubt that God is the Almighty God with love and mercy, all God's works are for his creatures better
v 38-41 神供應食物。獅子、烏鴉食物都是神在供應。獅子好像很厲害，其實也是神照顧獅子有獵物。
神保護每個生產的動物，生產的動物是最軟弱的，且可以順利生產，長大，更何況神看顧人。約伯認為人生命短暫，神卻給人苦難，沒有盼望。因此神怎麼不會照顧人呢?
野驢的自由也是神給的。約伯認為只有陰間才是享安息的地方
v9-12 野牛不能做任何事，人以為自己更大嗎？連野牛.也不能抵制，怎能要求神呢。
v13-18 駝鳥跑的快。體形卻不成比例。人以為行的好就應該享受什麼好處。人不能由自己的觀點來看神的作為。
神用這些話來導正約伯和我們，我們做什麼事，結果不是應該要這樣，要那樣。我們真是太愚蠢了。

Who endowed the heart with wisdom or gave understanding to the mind?
Job 38:22-38
Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades? Can you loosen Orion’s belt? Can you bring forth the constellations in their seasons or lead out the Bear[d] with its cubs? Do you know the laws of the heavens? Can you set up God’s dominion over the earth?
Who gives the ibis wisdom or gives the rooster understanding? (Who endowed the heart with wisdom or gave understanding to the mind?) Who has the wisdom to count the clouds? Who can tip over the water jars of the heavens when the dust becomes hard and the clods of earth stick together?
Where was Job when God made the world, light and darkness, wind and rain, the constellations in their courses? What does Job know about the creatures of the wild - the lion, the goat, the wild ass and ox, the ostrich, the house, the eagle?
Why?
God's work beyond our understanding? We thought God does not do the righteousness or does not care about the poor or weak. Actually, God arranges the whole universe from big to very little life and matter.

每個雨滴落在何處都是由神安排。何況我們所遇見的每件事。
以利戶說的，讓人害怕神。神自己卻讓人安心，願意接近。

V31-33神用星象來回答約伯
星宿的運行，都是神的作為。約伯說神將人剝衣綁去，

閃電能夠聽你的命令嗎？塵土能夠成塊嗎？這些都在神的掌管中，這些都是為了要讓人得到祝福。

Who is this that obscures my plans with words without knowledge?
Job 38:1-21
Then the Lord spoke to Job out of the storm. He said: “Who is this that obscures my plans with words without knowledge? Brace yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer me.
Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you understand. Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know! Who stretched a measuring line across it?
Have the gates of death been shown to you? Have you seen the gates of the deepest darkness?
What is the way to the abode of light? And where does darkness reside? Can you take them to their places? Do you know the paths to their dwellings? Surely you know, for you were already born! You have lived so many years!
God breaks in just when Elihu has finished his list of excellent reasons why Job cannot expect an answer! God is almighty, far and away above humanity. But he is also near. He hears, and he cares. Job had imagined himself putting his case to God, asking his questions. But imagination is not reality. It is God, not Jo, who asks the question of searching questions Job finds his opinion of himself shrinking, his concept of God expanding. His mental image of God had been altogether too small. The God who confronts him is God on a different scale altogether.
Why?
Our idea about God is always too narrow and full of our narrow concept. Job be questioned by the Lord. Shows the great and almighty of God's work.
How can we have the position to question the Lord, we are little, but for God's grace, we may stand before God.
Who can explain the nature of this world, and so many mysterious matters? None. Even science is part of God's work and wisdom,

v1-3 開場白： 自以為是的言語，隱藏神的心意，蒙蔽自己的心眼。
如果這些事你都不知道，怎麼能明白了
v4-7 立大地根基是誰按放的?不僅知道，連想都沒有想過。約伯認為神任意而為。
v12-16 為海洋立界限，我們認為理所當然，這是神工作。約伯認為神在防著他，其實是在保護我們。約伯認為神把世界交給惡人，晨光是神所賜的
V16-18 深海的深度，深淵誰去過?約伯認為陰間可以躲避神，陰間去過嗎？
V19-21 神定下光明黑暗，回應約伯從來沒有出生過。神沒有責備約伯，只是問他。我們常常以自然神律來解釋世界。聖經的觀點是神不僅創造，並且繼續在保守，讓世界不致紊亂。
神的工作，不僅我們不明白而且我們從來沒有想過。使萬事萬物成長，更何況神所愛的人。

People revere him, for does he not have regard for all the wise in heart?
Job 37:1-24
God’s voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding.
He brings the clouds to punish people, or to water his earth and show his love.
Listen to this, Job; stop and consider God’s wonders. Do you know how God controls the clouds and makes his lightning flash?
Tell us what we should say to him; we cannot draw up our case because of our darkness. Should he be told that I want to speak? Would anyone ask to be swallowed up?
The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power; in his justice and great righteousness, he does not oppress. Therefore, people revere him, for does he not have regard for all the wise in heart?
God is great. He commands the thunder and lightning, rain and snow. He spreads out the clouds and the shining skies. We are as nothing beside God's awesome splendor, his unassailable holiness. We are right to fear him. He pays no attention to people who grow too big for their boots.
Why?
Elihu speaks without love but his proud, he tries to say his word to show he is a wise man, but if we talk without help to others, what we talk is meaningless.
God is great beyond us, and we are in darkness, so God does not have to answer us, but God is live, God is caring for us, through Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit our prayers may come before the Lord.

v21-24 黑暗總會過去，天總會轉晴。神太可怕了。神的作為我們不能明白，自以為有智慧的人，神不顧念。以利戶重點1. 神是公義的 2.神是大有能力的，人只能敬畏順服。無論人遇到什麼有只有自己默默接受。但是這樣的神是冷酷無情的人，只能令人害怕，只能叫人遠離，不致親近。神與人親近如同父與子，如同夫妻，神喜歡人和祂說話。
我們要從聖經的觀點來看待神。

How great is God—beyond our understanding!
Job 36:1-33
God is mighty, but despises no one; he is mighty, and firm in his purpose. He does not keep the wicked alive but gives the afflicted their rights. He does not take his eyes off the righteous; he enthrones them with kings and exalts them forever. But if they do not listen, they will perish by the sword and die without knowledge.
He is wooing you from the jaws of distress to a spacious place free from restriction, to the comfort of your table laden with choice food.
God is exalted in his power. Who is a teacher like him? Who has prescribed his ways for him, or said to him, ‘You have done wrong’?
How great is God—beyond our understanding! The number of his years is past finding out.
God is almighty, all-wise. He is a teacher who uses suffering to open our ears to listen and learn where we have gone wrong. Job should not be longing for death but learning his lesson.
Why?
Elihu once again criticizes Jon is evil men so he suffering God's punishment.
Yes, How great is God - beyond our understanding, but we can not help the Lord to answer the questions. God will give us an answer by His way.

v1- 17: 神是為了救人脫離罪惡，所以讓人遇見苦難。用苦難提醒人。剛硬的心柔軟，所以意表要接受犯罪的事實
v18-21: 約伯原來有錢，以為用錢可以贖出來嗎？不要晚上就可以得救。許多進香團好像都是晚上出發，其實是黑暗的勢力，說起來好像比較涼快。
v22- 33 :要讚美神，神奇妙的作為是不明白的。超越人所能想像的。以利戶此時已經很接近神要講的，比其他三人，高出一等，知道人無法揣測神的道路。可惜他仍然套用原來的想法，即約伯仍然是有罪的，要認罪的。

敬拜不是音樂人的事，敬拜與教會領導人合一。
生命柔軟，就會流眼淚。

God cares us
Job 35:1-16
“Do you think this is just? You say, ‘I am in the right, not God.’ Yet you ask him, ‘What profit is it to me, and what do I gain by not sinning?’
If you sin, how does that affect him? If your sins are many, what does that do to him? If you are righteous, what do you give to him, or what does he receive from your hand? Your wickedness only affects humans like yourself, and your righteousness only other people.
“People cry out under a load of oppression; they plead for relief from the arm of the powerful. But no one says, ‘Where is God my Maker, who gives songs in the night, who teaches us more than he teaches the beasts of the earth and makes us wiser than the birds in the sky?
Elihu sees good and bad conduct as a matter between people; God remains high above, untouched by either. People cry out to him in their need. But they are concerned for their own skins, nor for him. This is why he does not answer.
Why?
Elihu sees human are on the earth, but God remains on the high above, Man's good or evil behavior does not influence God. So God does nor answers our ask.
Elihu does not know that God is full of love. People's righteousness or behavior do not benefit or profit to the Lord, for all of these are created by the Lord.

約伯前面說神奪取我的理，我的公義。人是否犯罪並不能影響神，但是神仍關心人。人虛妄的呼求人不回應，所以神沒回應是約伯虛妄，是惡人。他們都不願意正視約伯沒有犯罪的事，這些朋友想不到天上的事。
我們心中所想的一直都是行為主義。沒有想到神恩典的一面。神有賜福平安的意念，不是降災的意念。
