Luke 13:22-35
Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to. Once the owner of the house gets up and closes the door, you will stand outside knocking and pleading, ‘Sir, open the door for us.
Indeed there are those who are last who will be first, and first who will be last.
He replied, “Go tell that fox, ‘I will keep on driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach my goal.’ In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem!
Look, your house is left to you desolate. I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.”
Why?
Earlier accepted Jesus as a Christian, but on the last day, it isn't able to enter the gate of God's kingdom. The gate of the kingdom of God is narrow and hard to enter, if we don't care what we are doing, even if we worship the Lord every Sunday in the church, it is not guaranteed to enter the kingdom of the Lord.
Jesus claimed he would be in Jerusalem and he would be killed there to get his goal to this world.
This city Jerusalem would be desolate until they say "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord", until they recognize Jesus Christ is the Lord.
How?
Do my best to enter the kingdom of God, this is a job of my whole life, it is a daily mission to me.
