Adam, Seth, Enosh, 2 Kenan, Mahalalel, Jared, 3 Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech, Noah. The sons of Noah:Shem, Ham and Japheth.
Joktan was the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah, Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah, Obal,Abimael, Sheba, Ophir, Havilah and Jobab. All these were sons of Joktan, Shem, Arphaxad, Shelah, Eber, Peleg, Reu, Serug, Nahor, Terah, and Abram (that is, Abraham).
Why?
The history of human beings began from Adm until Abraham, the beginning of the family of the Lord.
How?
Remember where we came from? All of us came from the same ancestor Adam and Abraham.
