Psalm 32:1-11

Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.

When I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long

Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord.” And you forgave the guilt of my sin.

Therefore let all the faithful pray to you while you may be found; surely the rising of the mighty waters will not reach them. You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance.

Do not be like the horse or the mule, which have no understanding but must be controlled by bit and bridle or they will not come to you.

Many are the woes of the wicked, but the Lord’s unfailing love surrounds the one who trusts in him.

This is the second of the seven 'repenting' psalms: Guilt suppressed becomes an intolerable burden. Confession and forgiveness bring a joyous lightness of heart: the relief of it! Out of his own experience, the psalmist encourages others to pray to God with confidence.

Why?

Confess our sins before the Lord, God will forgive our sin, then we may relieve the suffering of sin.

Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, for the burden of sin is lightening.

Don't like the horse or the mule, for they have no understanding. understanding that the Lord is the foundation of blessing, the guidance of my life.

How?

Praise the Lord and trust in Him. Be humble and ask for the wisdom from the Lord.

How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you

Psalm 31:1-24

In you, Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; deliver me in your righteousness.

You have not given me into the hands of the enemy but have set my feet in a spacious place.

For I hear many whispering, “Terror on every side!” They conspire against me and plot to take my life. But I trust in you, Lord; I say, “You are my God.”

How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you.

Love the Lord, all his faithful people! The Lord preserves those who are true to him, but the proud he pays back in full. Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.

V1-8: The psalmist trusts to God fir refuge: trust deepens as he recalls God's past dealings with him:v9-13 his mind returns to the painful present. 14-24: from his own trouble he turns to God again, with such renewed trust in God's goodness and love that he is able to give encouragement to others.

Why?

God delivers me in His righteousness for God loves his people.

No matter what worse of the situation, you are my God. I trust in you.

Love the Lord, all his faithful people! The Lord preserves those who are true to him.

It is not easy but be strong and trust in the Lord, for God, is my shepherd and I am lamp in His pasture.

How?

Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.

For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime

Psalm 30:1-12

I will exalt you, Lord, for you lifted me out of the depths and did not let my enemies gloat over me. Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.

Sing the praises of the Lord, you saints; his faithful people; praise his holy name. For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.

When I felt secure, I said, “I will never be shaken.”  Lord, when you favored me, you made my royal mountain stand firm; but when you hid your face, I was dismayed.

You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy, that my heart may sing your praises and not be silent. Lord my God, I will praise you forever.

The events in 1 Chronicles 21 may possibly provide the background to this psalm. David wrote for the dedication of the Temple. The dark days and tearful nights when life was in danger are passed: joy has returned with the daylight. Easy times bred self-reliance. But this experience has put life into perspective and shown the psalmist his own helplessness. Now that the danger is behind him - a humbler and wiser man - he gladly and openly acknowledges his debt of gratitude.

Why?

God has given me so much love and rescued me many time, His grace are so great. I never forget God's love and favor to me.

We always forget the love or grace when we are secure, I will say "I never be shaken", but when trouble comes I was dismayed. 

When God favored me, He made my mountain stand firm.

獻殿：這裏是指獻自己的王宮，當時聖殿尚未建立。

回想神如何恩待他。以致自大，神離開他，於是大衛驚覺回轉。

具體的提到三件事。大衛打敗哥利亞，他只是單純的為神爭戰，是神幫助他。神醫治他，從陰間門口救出來。他的怒氣不過是轉眼之間；他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿雖然有哭泣，早晨便必歡呼。這是大衛一生的回想。

忘記神恩，就被管教。我凡事平順便說：我永不動搖。這是大衛的驕傲。

你掩了面，我就驚惶： 這是神的管教，太習慣空氣，於是感覺不到空氣的存在。有時我們健康時，翻身是容易的。萬一生病時，翻身是也是痛苦的。即使用力擤鼻涕也是恩典，有人會流血。

死了對神的名有何益處?這是和摩西一樣，為神名的緣故。一般我們的禱告，多著重自己的需要，更重要是我們的心是否為神的榮耀。我知道怎樣處卑賤，也知道怎樣處豐富；或飽足，或飢餓；或有餘，或缺乏，隨事隨在，我都得了祕訣。腓4:12

苦難使人謙卑，處豐富、飽足更困難。

Psalm 29:1-11

Ascribe to the Lord, you heavenly beings, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.

The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is majestic.

And in his temple all cry, “Glory!”

The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord is enthroned as King forever.
11 The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.

In the torrent of rain, the ear-splitting thunderclaps, the blaze of lightning, the roaring wind that sets the great forests in motion, the psalmist not only sees God's matchless power but hears God's voice. For God made and orders them all. Let the hosts of heaven sing his glory - and may God bless his people on earth.

The style of this psalm, with its rhythmic repetition, is close to that of ancient Canaanite as well as early Hebrew poetry.

Why?
The voice of God is powerful, everything is under God's authority.

The Lord sits enthroned over the flood, his power created this world and everything. God may change every living life dead and alive. God may deliver our life from sin to the Holy. Facing to the trouble and difficult God is my way and hope.

耶和華的聲音深入各個層面，表明神的權柄。

1.一起來敬拜耶和華：承認人的軟弱，能力來自耶和華，即使我們做些事情也是神的能力

用聖潔的妝飾敬拜耶和華：除了聖潔，分明出來的意思，即心無旁騖，專心單一敬拜神。我們若不帶著罪是很容易的，然而敬拜的時間卻不易完全分別出來，不能專心的敬拜。在這麼威嚴的神之前，怎麼敢不專心敬拜神

2.神的聲音代表神的權柄：令人歡喜快樂跳躍的情景。神的命令掌管一切。再高大的樹也折服在耶和華之下。而且是歡樂的。如大衛歡迎約櫃進入城時，跳到沒有形象可言，敬拜神到完全放開自己。自由的來敬拜神，不要怕惹來側目。

3.耶和華永遠坐著為王：災難中，人常常問神在那裏?洪水危難之時，表示過去。耶和華在現在，到永遠都坐著為王。人的處境是蒙福的。神坐王，人蒙福！神永遠掌握，所以屬神的人必蒙保護。

以聖潔為妝飾來敬拜耶和華。

Hear my cry for mercy

Psalm 28:1-9

Hear my cry for mercy as I call to you for help, as I lift up my hands toward your Most Holy Place.

Repay them for their deeds and for their evil work; repay them for what their hands have done and bring back on them what they deserve.

Praise be to the Lord, for he has heard my cry for mercy.

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.

Save your people and bless your inheritance;  be their shepherd and carry them forever.

Danger leads to a cry for help, and a plea for the punishment of those evil people who are the source of the trouble. Prayer turns to praise at the assurance that God has heard and answered.

Why?

God is good and full of grace and love, so David cry to God for mercy.

God's judgment comes on everyone and repays each one for their deeds. God is righteousness.

The Lord is my strength for rely on Him will be no shamed.

25-28 都是大衛在苦難中的禱告。

1. 令人絕望的情形：神怎麼不理我了，一直沒有看到事情改變，是否神離開我而懼怕。是否我得罪神了嗎？如果神向我閉口，我就像是將死的人。與之間暢通無阻，比什麼都重要。

2.求神行公義：更害怕他被認為是惡人。為罪受苦是罪應得。求神彰顯公義，叫他不要像惡人一樣遭害。惡人不一定是作惡多端，而是不在乎神的人。我們常禱告神關心我，但是我們是否關心神的事呢? 在乎神的心意。第二段看似自私的祈求，其實關心神的公義，神的作為

3.因信而有的喜樂：由祈求轉為讚美，因為他相信神已經聽了他的禱告，心裏重新得著力量。

4.分享祝福：不僅想自己王位，名聲，更看到整個國家需要被牧養扶持。關心到所有神所關心的人。

大衛這樣轉變，在乎與神的相通，在乎神的公義，作為，相信神在乎我們的事。

起初神創造天地…神說：要有光，就有了光。

說有就有。

太8：16,26。以前怕風和浪，現在怕耶穌

國度在那裡，是否有印記？

其實人生很簡單

令人羨慕的智慧…向著標竿直跑！

直路的觀念就對了…很容易明白知足的含義

  單純信心…不易因利益而轉彎

   信賴勇敢…

自找麻煩的智慧…漸漸遷移的路

  升遷的慾望使人變了…很容易陷入所多瑪的繭

  爭競忌妒…人格在潛意識中變革

憂悶…

通常是人自己把道路弄複雜了。

直路的五大禮物

1.健康/身心靈

2.平安／環境與日子

3.喜樂／道路中滿足

4.合一／的建造教會／屬靈朋友，恩賜成長的驚訝

知足+敬虔=大利

晚遙控飛機常摔機，最近一個鍵起飛，一個鍵飛回來。很簡單，但是後面的連線很難。

禱告很簡單，但是與神連線很難。

詩篇33：12-19。國度之歌

臺灣要成為蒙富的國家除非耶何華掌權

列國籌劃歸於無有，虛空

耶和華的籌算永遠立定。

我們心中要又一首歌，國度的歌。

The Lord is my light and my salvation, wait for the Lord

Psalm 27:1-14

The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?

Though an army besieges me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident.

One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.

Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.

Teach me your way, Lord; lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors.

Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.

Why?

The Lord is my salvation and is my light, my strength.

What we can do when we have faith in Him, wait for the Lord, and pray to the Lord.

One thing in my life, I ask the Lord, that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, for I have experienced the grace from the Lord. 

When I am son of the Lord, I won't fear the oppressors, even an army besieged me. This is uneasy to say I don't fear, but God is my life and my way. My life is in God's hands, whom shall I be afraid?

眾人離開他，只有神不撇棄他

1. 信心的宣告，這是他禱告的基礎。一般我們都知道這個知識，這知識、認知讓我們的心真的不害怕嗎？ 面對國家的軍隊來攻擊我，這樣子的處境極度危險，令人害怕。

2.我曾尋求神，仍然要尋求。禱告的基礎是以前的經歷。我們常常過了之後就是忘記了，不認帳了。瞻仰神的榮美，就是去思想神。不是看見。仇敵還是在，但是他可以高過四面的仇敵。在危險當中我們還是可以高興的敬拜神。

3. 7-12 尋求神的面。萬事帶到神面前來尋求，照著神的心意來禱告必蒙垂聽。好像大家都離開他的時候，這些耶穌都經歷過，神的慈愛永遠長存。苦難使人成長，但是苦難不一定會成長，求神讓我們在苦難中，明白神的心意，指教我們神的道。求神指教我們走該行的路。

神一定不會不管我們。
