Exudos 15:1-21
The song of Moses and Miriam,
I will sing to the Load, for he is highly exaltecd. The horse and its rider he has hurled into the sea. Moses Started praised and Miriam responded sang.
The Load is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him. The Load is a warrior, the Load is his name.
Who is like you- majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?
In your unfailing love you will lead the people you have redeemed. In your strength you will guide them to your holy dwelling.
Philistia, Edom, Moab, Canaan, by the power of your arm they will be as still as a stone- until your people pass by.
This song is a fine example of ancient Semitic poetry
Miriam means God loves, She is the first woman prophet.
Why?
Moses knows those tribes in there way to promised land.
If ever a victory deserves to be recorded for posterity this one does.
The Load is my song, Song is praise the Load, so praise to God is worthy.
How?
My God is my savior, my strength, He will lead me to the holly dwelling by his unfailing love and his strength. You ar worthy
