God's sovereignty and men's free will

I Samuel 2:12-36
El's son were wicked men; they had no regard for the Load. they were treating the Load's offering with contempt.
Each year Samuel's mother made him a little robe and took it to him when she went up with her husband to offer the annual sacrifice. And the Load was gracious to Hannah; she conceived and gave birth to 3 sons and 2 daughters.
The boy Samuel continued to grow in stature and in favor with the Load and with men.
The give prophecy against the house of Eli.
The Load declared :" Far be it from me! Those who honor me I will honor honor, but those who despise me will be despised."
Why?
What is more, they bringing prostitution into the worship of God.
It is equally true that their death is a direct outcome of their own free choice to disobey God.
The Bible sees no conflict between God's sovereignty and our free will.
2 kinds of children grew up one is royally obey the Load, another were doing evil and made them selves contemptible.
How?
There is no conflict between God's sovereignty and our free will.
