Restore me, and I will return, because you are the Lord my God.

Jeremiah 31:15-40
Retrain your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears, for your work will be rewarded. They will return from the land of the enemy. So there is hope for your future.
Restore me, and I will return, because you are the Lord my God.
The Lord will create a new thing on earth - a women will surround(go about seeking or protect) a man.
In those days everyone will die for his own sin; whoever eats sour grapes - his own teeth will be set on edge.
"The time is coming when I will make a new covenant with house of Israel and with the house of Judah," declares the Lord.
I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God and they will be my people. They will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest.
The Lord declares the descendants of Israel won't cease to be a nation before He, unless the world and nature rule are vanish.
Why?
Restore me: Convert me, and I shall be converted. I am now willing to take thy yoke upon me, but I have no power.
A new covenant will replace the old one made at Sinai, which they have broken.
This time God will remake them from within, giving them the power to do his will.
The words of Jeremiah here, like those of Isaiah, have a short-term and long-term future. He is talking of the actual return from exile, yet there is more to be fulfilled.
New covenant is written in our heart not one the tablet. We have to take responsibility to our sin, not relate to the forefather's deeds.
When we are people of God, our work will be rewarded. How great is Thee.
I will return to my country, I will restore after disciplined here. The day will coming.
How?
Wait for the time of the Lord, make sign for myself. The Lord won't forsake me, his love endure forever, his righteous endure forever.
Restore me, and I will return, because you are the Lord my God. I like to take the yoke of the Lord, but I have not strength, O Lord help me!
