So be on your guard! commit you to God and to the word of his grace

Acts 20:17-28
Now I know that none of you among whom I have gone about preaching the kingdom will ever see me again. Therefore, I declare to you today that I am innocent of the blood of any of you.
Even from your own number men will arise and distort the truth in order to draw away disciples after them. So be on your guard! Remember that for three years I never stopped warning each of you night and day with tears.
Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
Remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: It is more blessed to give than to receive.’
When Paul had finished speaking, he knelt down with all of them and prayed. They all wept as they embraced him and kissed him. What grieved them most was his statement that they would never see his face again.
Paul's address to the elders from Ephesus is the only one in Acts which was given to Christians -and the only recorded address by Paul which Like actually heard him give.
The apostle foresees so clearly the troubles the church will face, from inside and out. "Be on your guard,' he warns. He is fully aware of the dangers ahead and does not expect to see these friends again. His words move them to tears again. His words move them to rears as they put their arms around him in farewell.
Why?
Paul is innocent of the blood of any of them, for has devoted his life and all his effort to preach gospel and teaching the truth. Paul is obey God's mission all his way to end.
Paul warning that from outside and inside from our own men will arise and distort the truth in order to draw away disciples after them. So be aware be on guard to the word different with Paul and Jesus Christ.
Commit us to God and to the word of his grace, may build our life up and be inheritance among all those who are sanctified. God is only way to the eternal life and walking on the way of truth.
How?
Obey God's word and trust in Jesus Christ and listen to the word of Holy Spirit.
