Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life

Revelation 22:8-21

And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me. But he said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your fellow prophets and with all who keep the words of this scroll. Worship God!”

Then he told me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this scroll, because the time is near. Let the one who does wrong continue to do wrong; let the vile person continue to be vile; let the one who does right continue to do right; and let the holy person continue to be holy.”

Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.

The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.

This is all true, the angel says to John. 'He is coming soon. Make these things known. Then the vision of the angel fades - and it is Jesus himself who speaks.

The final statements are somewhat disjointed but lack nothing in vigor. John affirms the truth of what he has written. In the sternest terms of his day, he warns against tampering with it. His closing words are full of urgency. The people's attitudes will be fixed. It will not be possible to change. In the end, those who do not enter into eternal life and the presence of God will be shut out forever.

So let all who are thirsty come. let them have the water of life, for which there is no charge.

Why?

All of us are the servants of the Lord, we all should worship God only!

John warns us the time is near, it is the time of the day of END.

Everyone has to take responsibility for what he has done. The final judgment will according to his behavior.

Jesus is the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star. He is our hope and our savior.

Jesus is open to everyone who needs Him. So come to take the water of life when you feel thirsty.

我們常常軟弱，主是剛強，保守我們到底，唯主要我們要有個願意的心！

我必快來，是提醒，也是警告，也是鼓勵持守的人？

他是創如至終的耶穌！

潔淨自己衣服的人，是願意跟隨耶穌的人，願意相信耶穌的人。

大衛的根，神用神自己的永恆來作保證。

來！教會和聖靈都一直在邀請願意來的人，不論條件，身份，只要口渴、想要喝生命水的人。

加添或是刪減啟示錄預言的人都不允許！讓人都專注在聖經的本文，不是把聖經供起來，以自己的異象，看見是被從生命冊中刪除。對常做異夢、異象要小心。所有啟示都是要人悔改歸主！神的道已經完全寫在聖經裏，不該再加添什麼！

結論是： 我必再來！我們預備好了嗎？我們期待耶穌再來嗎？

“Look, I am coming soon! Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy written in this scroll.”

Revelation 22:1-7

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

“Look, I am coming soon! Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy written in this scroll.”

From God's throne and through the center of the city flows the river of life, crystal-clear. Trees that bear fruit all year round, and healing leaves, line the riverbanks. All speak of a wonderful, endless life. The night is gone. God's own light perpetual shines on his worshipping people.

Why?

In heaven, there is full of delight, precious, joy, and light. Jesus is our light, our life and our way.

Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy written in this scroll. John has written the word which gives us the way, the hope, and the future. All of these words will come true.

新耶路撒冷有生命河！沒有聖殿卻有寶座，整座城就是聖殿。以西結看到有河自聖殿流出，因為他是祭司，比較看重聖殿的細節！

生命樹每個月都會結果子，每個月都不一樣的果子，不是都一樣，一直有新的，不會過時。

生命樹的葉子可以治病。吃這葉子，人不會有生命的缺乏，包括靈性、身體的需要。

人這時候每天都在敬拜神，每天可以四處見到神，神的名字寫在人的額頭上，即聖靈的印記。

神親自做他們的光。不會像日月有被遮蔽、暗淡的時候！

他們做王不是管理人而是統治萬物！

God's new world

 Revelation 21:9-27

Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.

The angel measured the wall using human measurement, and it was 144 cubits thick.

The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate made of a single pearl. The great street of the city was of gold, as pure as transparent glass.

I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb is its temple. The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp. The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their splendor into it. On no day will its gates ever be shut, for there will be no night there. The glory and honor of the nations will be brought into it.  Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

The bride of chapter 19 appears as a city: the new Jerusalem and its people. The finest cities of the world are nothing to the breathtaking splendor, the shining radiance, of this glowing, golden city, with its perfect dimensions. ITs Jewelled foundations, its glittering diamond walls, its perfect dimensions, its glittering diamond walls its gates of pearl. THose gates stand always open. And the city has no Temple, for God himself is present. There is peace here, and freedom and security.

Why?

John gave us the great Holy City, the new Jerusalem in Heaven. There is no temple, but God and the Lamb are there, and there is no sun or moon, God himself is the lamp, Jesus is the lamp.

Only the pure people, those whose names are written in the Lam's book of life can enter this New Jerusalem.

最後神要賞賜給祂兒女的新天新地。海代表危險，死亡、惡，不確定，沒有海就是沒有惡！

聖城新耶路撒冷已經預備好了，好像新娘婚禮前的預備，完全美麗，沒有暇疵。會幕時，神透過雲柱火柱讓人看見，現在神自己在，所以沒有聖殿，沒有會幕。舊事已經過去，人也常常不讓舊事過去，以致不斷犯錯，犯罪。人可以白白的喝生命水，並且承受永恆的產業，這時候實現。

第二次的死：所有不信的人，沒有依靠神，曾經膽怯獸的能力卻不怕神的審判與能力，都要受到這個死的痛苦！新天新地，本身就是聖殿！約翰用人間最貴重的東西來形容新耶路撒冷的榮耀與光輝！城門也不用關，因為沒有惡！潔淨的人才能進入，提醒我們要追求聖潔！

Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them

Revelation 21:1-8

Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty, I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children. But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters, and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”

Death and all that is evil have been destroyed. Will God renew, or replace, the present heaven and earth?

What John describes is all new. If it is pictured in earthly terms, what others can we understand?

The new life is one long unclouded wedding day for all God's people - the happiest, most joyful time imaginable. And there is nothing to spoil it: no sorrow; no pain no parting with loved ones; no pain; no parting with loved ones; no darkness. For God is always present. He is near. There is no sin or temptation to spoil the perfect relationship; no guilt; no shame.

Why?

There is a new heaven and a new earth. It is the Holy City, the new Jerusalem. The most wonderful thing is God's dwelling place is among the people, and he will dwell with us.

I am the Alpha and the Omega, God is the beginning and He is the end.

There is the second death to the evil one and those who do not turn to Jesus Christ, the Lamb.

How?

How wonderful the new heaven and the new earth! May my life could be there one day!

The lake of fire is the second death.

Revelation 20:7-15

When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—and to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them. And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.

At the end of it, the forces of evil muster to attack God's people, but are utterly destroyed. Satan himself shares the fate of the beast and the false prophet in ' the lake of fire'.

There is a general resurrection, when everyone stands before God to be judged, each on their own record. The verdict is life or death. And for those who live there will be no more death. With regard to detail, here as in the rest of the book, it pays to be cautious. And the basic rules of interpretation.

But John records something new. The reign here is not a general one of all believers, but only of the martyrs. Nor does he actually say that this reign is on earth. And although there has been a fierce argument about the relation of the millennium to Christ's return. John in fact makes no mention of the 'second coming in this chapter.

Why?

Something is unclear, but we know there is a judge on the white throne. No one can escape from this judgment. According to what he did in the world. So be aware no matter what we are doing will be recorded in our record of life.

The end way of Satan will be in the lake of fire. And there is the second death.

一千年後，最後的大審判前，神仍然給人機會，14:6天使宣告福音，依然不是所有人悔改都信主，神還是流露出愛，給人機會沒有撒旦的引誘，人是否會選擇悔改歸主?依然沒有，當被丟入硫磺火湖時，就沒有藉口了。

11~15白色寶座的大審判，活的死的都要受審判，兩個案卷，一個是生命冊，記載在生命冊的不會被仍入硫磺火湖。日頭照義人也照歹人，大氣、陽光、水等這是神普遍的恩典。當神收回這恩典，人就沒有生存的機會。硫磺火湖是永久的痛苦，如被火燒傷的痛！

How?

We don't know what will be but one thing is confirmed that Jesus Christ is my salvation, when we obey his command with all my heart, my mind, and my strength. It is the best choice for me.

Millennium

Revelation 20:1-6

And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.

I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

The 'thousand years' (millennium) of this chapter is mentioned nowhere else in the Bible, and no other chapter in the Bible has given rise to such heated argument about its meaning. However, certain things are clear. John sees Satan under God's firm control. He sees the souls of the martyrs, not every Christian resurrected to reign with 'Christ for a thousand years.

Why?

The dragon is controlled by the Lord, he will be seized in Abyss for thousand years.

All the souls of the martyrs will be the first resurrected to reign with Christ for thousand years. It is justice and fair, for they have been oppressed and killed by Satan. God is their comforter.

The destination of the dragon, the devil, Satan will be judged under God's authority.

大紅龍要被關在無底坑裏一千年，即千禧年。

沒有撒旦，人還是會做惡，讓人重新選擇，所以還是要有審判者，信徒與耶穌要在審判台前審判。此時沒有撒旦，但是不表示人就會歸神。所以人犯罪是不願意歸向神。現在還不是審判，做王的時候，好好做僕人，我們在第一次復活時就有份了。

king of kings and lord of lords.

Revelation 19:11-21

 I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords.

And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, “Come, gather together for the great supper of God, so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and the mighty, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, great and small.”

Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to wage war against the rider on the horse and his army.  But the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed the signs on its behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. The rest were killed with the sword coming out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.

We expect to see the Lamb- the Bridegroom- at this point. Instead, we are shown a Warrior. The name we know him by and there are depths to his character we cannot fathom. is the word of God. His victory is certain. He is King of kings and Lord of lords: supreme. Carrion is summoned already to gorge at a feast far removed from the banquet of the Lamb. The beast and the false prophet, Satan's two henchmen, and their allies are seized and destroyed - in a 'war' without weapons, armor, or battle, so great is the power of this horseman.

Why?

This is the final feature of the war between the Lamb and the beast, Satan, and false prophets. The kings and followers were killed and eaten by the birds,  The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.

The Lamb whose name is Faithful and True, he judges with justice.

約翰描述耶穌在審判時的形象。

騎白馬代表有權柄，眼睛帶著怒氣，注意許多人，事、物的罪惡。口中出利劍，可以擊殺所有惡者。耶穌得勝不是流他人的血，而是流自己的血。基督的名是萬王之王，為何寫在大腿上，可以說騎馬的關係。沒有人知道只有他自己知道的名字，是人們無法理解的裏面奧秘，超越人的理解。唯一的理由是愛，神的揀選我們也明白。

爭戰的過程完全不提，因為勝負已定了。我們單單的敬拜讚美神，神就得勝了如保羅、西拉在監獄中唱詩歌讚美神。為我們所遇見的敬拜、讚美感恩！

Revelation 19:1-10

“Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God, for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted the earth by her adulteries. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.”

“Hallelujah! The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever.”

“Praise our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, both great and small!”

“Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory!
For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear.”

Then the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!” And he added, “These are the true words of God.”

Worship God! For it is the Spirit of prophecy who bears testimony to Jesus.

A great shout of triumph and a hymn of praise is heard from heaven. This is not sheer vindictiveness, or gloating over the fate of others. God's people stake their lives on his truth and justice. They rejoice to see God vindicated and militant, unrepentant evil overthrown.

In the Old Testament, Israel is portrayed as the wife of the Lord, so the image of the bride is a natural one here. So too is the feast.

Why?

There are four praise and shouts to the Lord, Hallelujah. For salvation and glory and power belong to our God.

Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb! Before we come to the Lord, no one knows who has the ticket of this wedding supper. Do I hope to be invited in this wedding supper of the Lamb? Yes.

1.天上天使，天軍在讚美神！神的公義彰顯，大淫婦就是發展經濟的人，要迷惑人，離開神，成為拜金主義者！

2.羔羊婚娶的時候到了！應該歡喜快樂是神做王。新婦自己預備好，即光明潔白細麻衣，即所行的義。如果我所做的是為主的榮耀，就是義行。不是為生活、為兒女、家庭、名聲、興趣的。

3.因為這些事啟示給約翰。在天國裏我們同是神的僕人！我們只有一位主，都要榮耀主。

Babylon has fallen!

Revelation 18:9-24

When the kings of the earth who committed adultery with her and shared her luxury see the smoke of her burning, they will weep and mourn over her. Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off and cry:  ‘Woe! Woe to you, great city,  you mighty city of Babylon! In one hour your doom has come!

The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her because no one buys their cargoes anymore.

The merchants who sold these things and gained their wealth from her will stand far off, terrified at her torment. They will weep and mourn and cry out: Woe! Woe to you, great city, dressed in fine linen, purple and scarlet, and glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls! In one hour such great wealth has been brought to ruin!

“Every sea captain, and all who travel by ship, the sailors, and all who earn their living from the sea, will stand far off.  When they see the smoke of her burning, they will exclaim, ‘Was there ever a city like this great city?’ They will throw dust on their heads, and with weeping and mourning cry out: ‘Woe! Woe to you, great city,   where all who had ships on the sea  became rich through her wealth! In one hour she has been brought to ruin!

Rejoice over her, you heavens! Rejoice, you people of God! Rejoice, apostles and prophets!
For God has judged her with the judgment she imposed on you.

“With such violence the great city of Babylon will be thrown down, never to be found again. 

In her was found the blood of prophets and of God’s holy people, of all who have been slaughtered on the earth.”

It is one final, comprehensive pronouncement of doom on every power in every age that grows fat on the evil and treats people as mere commodities to be bought and sold. God's people are tempted to come to terms with the world. But they are called to take an uncompromising stand. They will be vindicated. Justice will be done. It is so certain, it can even be said to have happened already. Babylon has fallen!

Why?

For God has judged her with the judgment she imposed on you. Great Babylon has fallen!

Rejoice in God's people, apostles, and prophets. Even the great city, merchants, and sailors say woe to you, great city. They are sad to the fallen of Babylon!

世界各國領袖都靠她發財，都她悲哀。遠遠的站著！雖然為她哀悼，其實也為自己難過。

上流社會的奢侈品都在一日之間無人購買，也是遠遠的站著看，怕受遷連。

運輸業者也是大受影響，也都遠遠的站著，怕受影響，這些都是因為利益結合，當沒有利益時就是各自為政，自保！教會中大家不是因為利益結合。

彈琴、作樂、娛樂業全部中止，經濟上受影響時，先受影響的是娛樂業及其從業人員。推磨聲音是指餐飲業也終止。街道蕭條，燈光熄滅，廣告行銷終止。新郎新娘不是不結婚而是指新人不再歡樂慶祝，都沒有飯吃怎麼慶祝。醫院和葬儀社生意最好。繁華不見了，因為繁華的背後是罪，反對基督，殺害基督徒，這些罪都要顯現出來。

我們生活在這個世界，卻不屬於這個社會。讓主進入我們生活中，警醒不要落入與這個世界中。

With hope and joy and peace to all those who follow the way of the lamb will be comforted on the day of judgment.

Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins

Revelation 18:1-8

After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven. He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor. With a mighty voice he shouted: ‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!’  She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird,  a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal. For all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries.

Then I heard another voice from heaven say: Come out of her, my people,’ so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues; for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes Give back to her as she has given; pay her back double for what she has done. Pour her a double portion from her own cup.

Therefore in one day her plagues will overtake her:  death, mourning and famine. She will be consumed by fire,  for mighty is the Lord God who judges her.

Describing Babylon's fall, echoes the spirit and language of all the great 'downfall' prophecies of the Old Testament. 

Why?

It is the destination of Babylon the Great! all is fallen and destroyed.

Come out of her, my people,’ so that you will not share in her sins: Every Christian, everyone follow Jesus Chris should aware do not follow the way of this world, keep away from the evil. Don't share in her sins.

John shows us what will be is Babylon the Great!

How?

The time of judgment is in hands of the Lord, this day will come surely.

Once was, now is not

Revelation 17:7-18

The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and yet will come up out of the Abyss and go to its destruction. The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast, because it once was, now is not, and yet will come.

They are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; but when he does come, he must remain for only a little while. The beast who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king. He belongs to the seven and is going to his destruction.

“The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast. They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”

Then the angel said to me, “The waters you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages. The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire. For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose by agreeing to hand over to the beast their royal authority, until God’s words are fulfilled. The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth.

But every age has its 'Babylon', the personification of all the greed and luxury and selfish pleasure-seeking which entice people away from God; the things that promise so much and give so little. And Babylon, the epitome of all that cheats, is doomed!

Why?

All the world will ruin and be destroyed. Even the world of the beast and the great city, Babylon, will be destroyed. The water means the most people, they don't know the truth, they follow the beast and the prostitute. Their name did not write on the book of life, will be discarded from heaven.

What our hope is our name could be written on the book of life.

獸與大淫婦的異象

獸早已存在，只是在將來的世代才出現。第八個王是以前有現在沒有。之前的五個朝代，埃及、亞述、巴比倫、波斯、希臘，現在的羅馬，還沒有來的是第七王，第八是敵基督。十角是未來出現的十國，也許是歐盟十國授權給當時統治者- 敵基督，與羔羊爭戰。最後是羔羊得勝。

淫婦坐在眾水上，惡人之間會彼此相戰，當有共同目標時會合作，沒有則彼此爭戰，所以要消滅淫婦。淫婦管轄地上一切的大城，淫婦是被獸所利用來統治世界，某個抵擋基督的團體。神使用他們的惡，一起來抵擋淫婦，鳥盡弓藏。淫婦靠敵基督發跡，最後還是被敵基督消滅。惡者只是互相利用。只有倚靠神才能得榮耀！

Babylon is Mystery, the great mother of prostitutes and the abominations of the earth

Revelation 17:1-6

One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits by many waters. With her the kings of the earth committed adultery, and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries.”

There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns. The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries. The name written on her forehead was a mystery: babylon the great the mother of prostitutes and of the abominations of the earth.

I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of God’s holy people, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus. When I saw her, I was greatly astonished.

So often and so vigorously did the Old Testament prophets denounce literal Babylon that it became a byword for human pride and vainglory.

For John and his readers, Babylon, the luxury-loving prostitute, was Tome, city of the seven hills - rich, splendid, pampered, decadent Rome: Tome, where Christians were thrown to the lions and burnt alive as public entertainment: Rome, the cess-pit of the empire.

Why?

Here Babylon is Rome, where many Christian were killed, be shamed, be pressed, God remembers all of them.

The judgment of the Lord comes upon the world, Babylon.  Its name is Mystery, the great mother of prostitutes and the abominations of the earth.

大淫婦： 1)坐在眾水之上，即全世界各國首領之上。2)對神不忠的，抵擋神的 3) 紫色代表尊貴，朱紅色是沾滿許多聖徒的血，金杯也是尊貴，杯中裝的是可憎之物。看來尊貴卻是充滿血腥，汙穢、淫亂。代表當時的羅馬。在信仰上不忠的人，代表將來的敵基督。這大淫婦是騎在海獸上，帶頭抵擋基督。兩者都是敵基督。有華麗的外表。行反對基督的事。世上君王若不是信神的，打著任何其他名號，正義，為民服務的招牌，都是敵基督的小嘍囉。不要被這些民族主義所欺騙。基本上就是不要神做王，自己想當王。16:19世上的政權都會崩潰。

How?

So many of God's people sacrificed for the name of the Lord in history. We should be glad that we are living in the free kingdom without pressure. We can come to church to worship the Lord! Praise to the Lord!

Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed

Revelation 16:12-21

The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East. Then I saw three impure spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.

“Look, I come like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed, so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed.”

Then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and out of the temple came a loud voice from the throne, saying, “It is done!” Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since mankind has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake.

From the sky huge hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds, fell on people. And they cursed God on account of the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible.

They are not subjected to the final terrors, which are specifically directed against evil. Heaven is full of joyous songs. Praising God, at last, comes naturally.

Why?

The devils are the dragon, beast, and false prophet. They are gathering for the battle on the great day of God Almighty. 

After the seventh bowl is poured out, there are flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, and severe earthquakes, destroyed all over the world, even the mountains and seas are gone.

三個污穢的靈，模仿三位一體，龍: 撒旦，海獸，地獸。神使河水乾了，使惡靈出現，天使的部隊得以出戰。

那大城裂為三段，列國的城也都倒塌了：

保護自己的城牆，因為人有罪，怕被人傷害。

宣告主權的城牆

心中的城牆，與人有距離，也是抗拒神的心。末世神拆毀所有的城牆。求主趁早攻破我們心中的城牆。

How?

The Lord is just and full of love, but most people still do not turn to the Lord, even they know the Lord and Jesus Christ, but they are proud and selfish. This is the weakness of all human beings.

Seven bowls: Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and just are your judgments

Revelation 16:1-11

Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go, pour out the seven bowls of God’s wrath on the earth.”

The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the land, and ugly, festering sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image.

The second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it turned into blood like that of a dead person, and every living thing in the sea died.

The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood. Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say: 

“Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and just are your judgments.”

The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was allowed to scorch people with fire. They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him.

The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed their tongues in agony and cursed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, but they refused to repent of what they had done.

They are not subjected to the final terrors which are specifically directed against evil. Heaven, it would appear from Revelation is full of joyous song. Praising God, at last, comes naturally.

Why?

Seven bowls are the seven final judgments to the evil world. It is the wrath of God on the earth.

All people who belong to the beast will suffer the pain and festering sores broke out.

Next are one the sea, rivers, sun, and on the throne of the beast.

Finally, the praise sound is true and just are our judgments Yes, Lord God Almighty!

七印，七號、七碗是啟示錄主要異象

以前是局部性的，這是全面性的。

全然公義與誠實： 因為受逼迫的得公義。

太陽烤的熱，可以說是全球暖化。

人愈受苦，心反而鋼硬。

七號倒在河、海，只影響1/3，七碗則是全面性的，七碗的災與出埃及的十災有許多相似。前四災屬於大自然的，第五碗起與政治有關。人不悔改不是不知道有神，他們相信靈界，也知道神的能力勝過獸的能力，但是人卻不一定信靠神。因為人或是基督徒也常不承認自己有錯，因為心鋼硬。

How?

Rejoice for the Lord is conquered the evil and all the evil followers. The final judgment comes and it shows the God Almighty, true and just are your judgments.

Marvelous sign: seven angels with the seven last plagues

Revelation 15:1-8

I saw in heaven another great and marvelous sign: seven angels with the seven last plagues—last, because with them God’s wrath is completed. 

Sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb: Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the nations. Who will not fear you, Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.

After this I looked, and I saw in heaven the temple—that is, the tabernacle of the covenant law—and it was opened.

Then one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls filled with the wrath of God, who lives for ever and ever. And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power, and no one could enter the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.

Now come seven more angels with seven plagues. In 5:8 John pictured golden bowls filled with the incense of prayer. The bowls in chapter 16 pour out plague upon the earth.

Why?

These seven bowls filled with the wrath of God, bring the last plagues.

The song of God's servant Moses and of the Lamb. All is praise to the Lord, for the Lord is worthy to worship. God is just and true in my way.  These are the great hymn in heaven.

Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come

Revelation 14:6-20

Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth—to every nation, tribe, language and people. He said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water.” 

A second angel followed and said, “‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great,’ which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries.”

A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives its mark on their forehead or on their hand, they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.

This calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of God who keep his commands and remain faithful to Jesus.

“Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.”

The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes and threw them into the great winepress of God’s wrath. They were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press, rising as high as the horses’ bridles for a distance of 1,600 stadia.

The first calls people to respond to God's message of Good News

The second announces the fall of 'Great Babylon', the city which symbolizes humanity combined in opposition to God

The Third angel declares judgment on all who have sold out to the forces of evil.

A voice speaks reassurance to God's people, 'These are the happy ones.' They are called to endure, but they will enjoy rest from their labor.

Now the harvest of God's judgment begins. Four more angels appear in turn, coming from God's sanctuary in heaven. 

The first sits on a cloud, sharp sickle in hand. At the command of the second, he begins to harvest the earth. A third sits on a cloud, sharp sickle. At the command of the fourth, he harvests the vineyard, casting the grapes into the winepress of God's wrath.

Why?

The calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of God who keep his commands and remain faithful to Jesus. So do not be afraid, all who follow the word of the Lord and even death for the name of the Lord will be remembered and have honor in heaven.

Here described the vision of the day of Judgment. There are pressed by the fury of the Lord

It declares that the harvest time of judgment has come, so everyone who follows the word of the Lord should be comfort and joy!

1.v6-11: 三個天使宣告。這是傳福音的天使。末世時神再給人機會歸向神。神蹟不一定使人願意信。我們的信心是因為神的聖靈引導我們。巴比倫傾倒了。是指羅馬帝國，代表世上的政權。第三天使宣告神完全執行公義。不再有憐憫。

v12-13 對聖徒的安慰！做工的果效也隨著他們：不論是否有成效，神紀念人為神所行的付出。

9h2. 14-20:兩組天使的宣告，一組兩人都拿快鐮刀。用快鐮刀收割莊稼。一個掌管火，一個拿鏈刀。這是收割稗子，在城外的。聖徒都在城內。城外都要被審判，刑罰！

How?

May more people turn to Jesus Christ for the time of the end is near.

With the Lamb 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads

Revelation 14:1-5

Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads. And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder. The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps. And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among mankind and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb. No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless. 

This chapter stands in dramatic contrast to chapters 12-13. The Lamb stands on Mt Zion - the new Jerusalem - with all those who bear his name, not just a spiritual elite.

Why?

In contrast to the one that belongs to the beast have a number on their head and their right hand. Those who redeemed from the earth, 144000 men, they remained virgins, follow the Lamb wherever he goes, no lies were found in their mouths, blameless.

The dragon and beast press the churches in the world, those who follow the Lamb will be redeemed and protected by the Lord.

天上144000人敬拜的情形。此即普世的教會！他們因為額上有印記，雖然已經有許多災難，卻都蒙保守，沒有一個失落。

約翰還看到羔羊。他們在寶座前唱新歌，只有這144000人才能夠唱！1)與世界、紅龍、海獸都沒有任何關係，忠於耶穌基督的人 2)完全的跟隨主 3)從人間買來的，羔羊付代價贖來的。4)口中沒有謊言。我們可以思考今天在教會中，有幾個人真的如此行呢? 弗1:4 我們就是那無有瑕疵。啟示錄是讓我們有盼望。
