Glory to the wise God forever through Jesus Christ

Romans 16:25-27
Only God is able to establish us. It is go through gospel and Jesus Christ and the revelation of the mystery hidden for long age past.
But now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all nations might believe and obey him.
To the wise God be glory forever through Jesus Christ.
But then, as always at the close of his letters, his thoughts return to the wisdom and glory of the eternal God he has been called to serve.
Why?
Only God can establish us, establish our life and faith.
By Gospel and Jesus Christ, we can be establish, for God made a new way let us can follow Him through believe and obey.
This mystery was hidden for long age past, Jesus Christ came, revealed and let all nations might believe and obey him, but it is no everyone will believe.
Glory to the Lord forever through Jesus Christ reveal this love and grace to us.
God is wise than any of us.
How?
Glory to the wise God forever through Jesus Christ.

Watch out those trouble maker

Romans 16:17-24
Watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them. For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the minds of naive people.
Be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil.

The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.

As Paul sign off he feels compelled to warn the Roman Christians against a set of troublemakers. He knows their disruptive influence on the churches all too well.

Tertius: the Christian who acted as Paul's secretary in writing this letter.

Erastus: This may be the same public officail whose name has been found inscribed on a marble paving-block at Corinth, dating from this time.

Why?
Keep away from those who cause divisions. For they are talking some controversial word, rumor, meaningless talk etc.
Be wise to do what is good, it is actively to do the right things. Even do not think about the evil. But be wise to prevent those evil men by Holy Spirit.
God will soon crush Satan under our feet, but we need meditating it and be patient, tolerant to face it.
How?
Watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in our way of faith. Actively do the right things and away from the evil.

Greeting to friends in Jesus Christ

Romans 16:1-16
Paul personal greeting to many people.
First one is a servant, deaconess, Phoebe of the church in Cenchrea. She helped Paul and many people and church. Paul asked to receive her in the Lord in a way worthy of the saints and to give her any help she may need.
Priscilla and Aquila, fellow workers in Christ Jesus with Paul.
Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the churches of Christ send greetings.
Phoebe : It was probably Phebe - travelling from Cenchreae, the port of Corinth - who carried Paul's letter to Rome. Priscilla and Aquila: A couple whose home was in Rome, but who travelled extensively in the course of their leather-working business. They did sterling Christian work at Corinth and Ephesus.
Rufus: May be the son of Simon of Cyrene.
It is in one way surprising to find such a long list of friends in a church which Paul had never visited. (For this reason some believe this chapter originally belonged to a copy of Romans which was sent to Ephesus.)
Yet all roads led to Rome, and many Christians from the eastern provinces must have passed through the capital at one time or another. It is obvious that despite his busy life Paul did not lost interest in people or lost touch with them.
Why?
Appreciated to many people who worked with us and who had helped us to implement many tasks. We need work together with same mind and same heard, the oneness in Jesus Christ.
Greeting and thanksgiving to everyone who gave me a hand in my life.
How?
Humble and thanksgiving!

Mission to Gentile

Romans 15:14-3
God gave Paul the priestly duty of proclaiming the gospel of God, so that the Gentiles might become an offering acceptable to God, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
“Those who were not told about him will see, and those who have not heard will understand.”  This is why I have often been hindered from coming to you. 
So Paul did what can do to preach Gospel in that area.
Therefore I glory in Christ Jesus in my service to God.
After he delivered the gifts from Macedonia area, Paul hopes visit Spain while passing through and  have enjoyed your company for a while.
In closing, Paul speak personally.  For more than 20 years he has been an apostle to the non-Jewish world.
He has seen churches established all over Cyprus, Syria, Turkey and Greece.
Now he has completed his work and discharged his responsibilities.
Once the business of delivering the money given by Gentile churches to Jerusalem is over,  he can look west to Spain., calling at Roman on the way.
Why?

Promote real oneness, far more important than my right

Romans 15:1-13
For Christ did not please himself, each of us should please his neighbor for his good, to build him up.
Everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the scriptures we might have hope.
Accept one another, then just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.
Christ has become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God's truth, to confirm the promises made to the patriarches so that the Gentiles may glorify God for his mercy.
Patriarches:the male head of a family or tribal line;a person regarded as the father or founder of an order, class, etc.
There is nothing Christian about pleasing ourselves. Good relations between Christians are far more important than 'my rights'. 
With Christ as our role-model, we must do all we can to promote real oneness(合一), no matter what background we come from.
Why?
To be a Christian should not please himself like Christ, but please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. Through endurance and the encouragement of the scriptures we may have hope. Trouble, endurance, and hope.
We might have hope means it is not easy to make it through endurance and encouragement of the scripture. But do our best to make it reply on the Holy Spirit.
How?
Pursue the oneness is give up our rights but please his neighbor for his good. Be endurance and encouraged through scripture written we might have hope.

Freedom and responsibility

Romans 14:1-23
Do not judge someone else's servant. To his own master he stands or falls.
If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. We are the servant of the Lord.
Every knee will bow before me; every tongue will confess to God. (Isaiah 45:23)
For the kingdom of god is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Blessed is the man who does not condemn himself by what he approves. Everything that does not come from faith is sin.
There are some matters of conscience over which Christians disagree. It is not helpful to argue over 'doubtful points'.
Those who are strong in the faith may feel free to do things that would give others a bad conscience. This is not reason to despise them. Neither side should pass judgment on the other.
All of us, Paul says, are answerable, not to one another, but to Christ. It is better to limit our own freedom than exercise it at a fellow Christian's expense.
Why?
We are servant of God so we have not right to judge other servant of the Lord.
Eating and drinking is not a matter in the kingdom of God, but the righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Our freedom in faith should not be stumbling to others in weak faith.
Do the things that are right between me and the Lord.
How?
Talk to others with peace and joy, do not judge others. pursue the righteousess and pease and joy in Holy Spirit.

The power that be

Romans 13:1-14
Submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience.
Give everyone what you owe him: if you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor then honor.
Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for he who loves his fellowman has fulfilled the law.
Because the authorities are given their power by God, for the public good, Christians are required to 'submit' to them.
Taxes are to be paid, and laws observed.
The Christian has a duty to meet all 'Caesar's lawful demands.
But submitting does not mean that every command must be obeyed. There are times when these demands directly conflict with the commands of God. Then it is right to say 'No', and suffer the consequences(Acts 5:29).
No debt must be incurred, other than the permanent obligation to love - and not wrong - others.
Paul is conscious of living in a time of crisis. 'Salvation is nearer' than when they first believed. So his call to live as God requires has a note of urgency about it.
Why?
Authorities are created by the Lord, so submit to the authorities.
Do the responsibility to the authorities and give everyone what I own him, except gratify(放縱)the desires of the sinful nature.
Love is the fulfillment of the law.
Love is our obligation to others, and not wrong others.
How?
Love the one who is not lovely, pray for the enemies. For God is live.
