Watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them. For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the minds of naive people.
Be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil.
The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.
As Paul sign off he feels compelled to warn the Roman Christians against a set of troublemakers. He knows their disruptive influence on the churches all too well.

Erastus: This may be the same public officail whose name has been found inscribed on a marble paving-block at Corinth, dating from this time.
Why?Keep away from those who cause divisions. For they are talking some controversial word, rumor, meaningless talk etc.
Be wise to do what is good, it is actively to do the right things. Even do not think about the evil. But be wise to prevent those evil men by Holy Spirit.
God will soon crush Satan under our feet, but we need meditating it and be patient, tolerant to face it.
