Romans 8:18-39
In hope, that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.
We eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.
For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. But it we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed o the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.
If God is for us, who can be against us?
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution of famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
He is our foretaste of gory to come - a living spring of hope within us. And he turns our inarticulate longings into prayer.
It is God's intention that everyone of us should be like Christ. Like him in character now; like him in glory eventually.
God is recreating us 'in his own image'.
And every little circumstance of life is worked into this great overall purpose.
Nothing can shake it.
No one can ever make God write us off - we have Christ in heaven to plead our cause.
And no power in heaven or earth can cut us off from his love. So whatever life may bring, we can win through.
Why?
We have hope in Christ so no one on the earth can separate us from God's love. We can win through Jesus Christ and with the help of Holy Spirit.
Our hope is the glory in the heaven and now living on earth with power of love from God.
How?
God is for us, who can be against us? Thanks God who loves us, I won't be shaken and shamed for God is with me.
