Romans 5:6-11
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through him!
When we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!
We also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Through Jesus Christ we be saved from God's wrath, be saved through his life, rejoice in God through him.
How can one man's death result in pardon for millions of others? The key lies in the solidarity(團結, 聯合) of the human race. Sin disobedience, began with one man (Adam) and spread to all his descendants. We all share the 'disease' and its inevitable consequence, the reign of sin and death which cuts us off from God. On the same principle, Jesus 'righteous act', his obedience, has made acquittal(無罪釋放) and life available to all.
How?
Jesus is our savior, we be saved through his blood and his life. Without Jesus we can't be saved from death, consequence of sins.
Not only be save but also rejoice in God, how great is the love of God.
How?
Obedience to the Lord Almighty! Praise be his holy name!
