God disciplines us but only with justice

Jeremiah 46:1-28
For the Lord, the Lord Almighty, will offer sacrifice in the land of the north by the River Euphrates.
A messages about Egypt, "The daughter of Egypt will be put to shame, handed over to the people of the north. You multiply remedies in vain; there is no healing for you. The nations will hear of your shame; your cries will fill the earth. One warrior will stumble one another; both will fall down together."
The Lord Almighty says: " I am about to bring punishment on Amon god of Thebes, on Pharaoh, on Egypt and her gods and her kings. I will hand them to those who seek their lives, to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and his officers. Later, however, Egypt will be inhabited as in times past."
"Do not fear, O Jacob my servant, for I am with you," declares the Lord. "Though I completely destroy all the nations among which I scatter you, I will not completely destroy you. I will discipline you but only with justice; I will not let you go entirely unpunished."
V1-12: describe the defeat of Pharaoh Necho by King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon at Carchemish in 605.
V 13-26: forecast Nebuchadnezzar's invasion of Egypt(which took place in 568)
Why?
Real remedies is in hands of the Lord, the healing of the Mighty God.
Even the Lord destroyed Egypt and Israel and Judah, but the Lord is with Jacob, they will come back from far away, they will be restore as before. Egypt has the similar situation, for the Lord is full of compassion and love.
God deals with evil wherever it occurs.
Migdol, Memphis and Tahpanhes: there were Jewish settlements in these cities in southern Egypt.
How?
The Lord is with me, so do not fear, God discipline me with justice and love. Keep going on the way of the Lord, He leads me, I never walked alone. Praise to the Lord.
