No one can follow Him unless they are prepared for all that this means

Luke 14:15-35
The banquet of kingdom of God is ready, the king sent many servants to invite guests. But they all alike to make excuses. Such as
1. Bought a field, he have to go out and see it.
2. Bought five yoke of oxen, go to examine them.
3. Have married a wife ; all are take care their own business, prosession, etc.
It is blessing that the people beside highway and hedges may invited to this banquet. Those who rejected the invitation shall taste God's banquet. The mercy of the Lord is worldwide, if you accept it, then the blessing is come.
Whoever does not bear his own cross and come after Jesus cannot be Jesus' disciple. Before to be a disciple of Jesus have to know the cost has to pay, like to prepare a war to a kingdom, or like desiring to build a tower have to count the cost.
To be a Christian should be like Salt which is good, but if lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored. It is thrown away.
He who has ears to heat, let him hear.
Why?
Those who rate other things more important will exclude themselves, with no second chance.
Great crowds are following Jesus, unaware of what it will mean outweigh all other, quite proper, claims.
He is not saying hate your family! but 'love me more'.
No one can follow him unless they are prepared for all that this means. They need to reckon up. Can they afford than to follow? (The price is no less than everything they have. On the other hand, can they afford to refuse.
How?
Bear the cross of our own to follow Jesus. The price is I can afford.
