Confine our boasting to the sphere of service God himself has assigned to us

2 Corinthian 10:12-18
Compare themselves with themselves, they are not wise.
We confine our boasting to the sphere of service God himself has assigned to us, a sphere that also includes you.
For we did get as far as you with the gospel of Christ.
But, “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.”
For it is not the one who commends himself who is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.
Their boasting counts for nothing: it is God's commendation which is all important.
Why?
Do not compare our work for the Lord or for the church.
Boasting to the sphere if service God himself has assigned to us, so do not boast what we have done.
Only boasts boast in the Lord, without God we are nothing.
Identify the truth and false Christian.
How?
Humble ourselves, but with faith and boast in what the Lord has assigned us.
