Resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine. Daniel 1:1-8

Daniel 1:1-8
Then the king ordered Ashpenaz, chief of his court officials, to bring into the king’s service some of the Israelites from the royal family and the nobility—young men without any physical defect, handsome, showing aptitude for every kind of learning, well informed, quick to understand, and qualified to serve in the king’s palace.
But Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine, and he asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way.
Why?
Daniel arrives in Babylon in 605. Good looks and natural ability ensure a place for hi ad his friends among those selected for special training. But the Babylonians do not observe Jewish rules on clean and unclean food, not do they drain away the blood when they slaughter animals.
Young as they are, Daniel and his friends are determined not to compromise their religion.
Daniel determined not to defile himself for his religion by the food.
Do not defile myself with the food of devil and sexual images, deluxe mind.
I can not change the world but I can do something changed from me like Daniel.
God's provision beyond king's provision.
How?
During this generation, what should I not to defile myself with these world? Focus on the Lord with all my heart and all my mind and all my strength.
