Daniel 6:18-28
The king was overjoyed and gave orders to lift
Daniel out of the den. And when Daniel was lifted from the den, no wound
was found on him, because he had trusted in his God.
Then King Darius wrote to all the nations and peoples of every language in all the earth: “May you prosper greatly!
“I issue a decree that in every part of
my kingdom people must fear and reverence the God of Daniel. “For he is
the living God and he endures forever; his kingdom will not be
destroyed, his dominion will never end. He rescues and he saves; he performs
signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth. He has rescued Daniel
from the power of the lions.”
The king's hands are tied by his own decree, but God's hand is not. Daniel was as safe from harm in the lion-pit as his friends had been in the furnace.
Why?
Because Daniel had trusted in his God, so God's hand saved him.
King of Persian fear the Lord either, king knew the God of Daniel through Daniel and praise the Lord by his decree announce the power and glory of the Lord. Every part of my kingdom people must fear and reverence the God of Daniel.
Trusted in my God! He is a living god! He rescues and saves me from mouth of lions and from trick of enemies!
How?
Even my hands are tied by my capability but God's hand is not.
