Bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven

Jeremiah 49:28-39
Hazor will become a jaunt of jackals, a desolate place forever. No one will live there; no people will dwell in it.
I will bring against Elam the four winds from the four quarters of heaven; I will scatter them to the four winds, and there will not be a nation where Elam's exiles do not go. Yet I will restore the fortunes of Elam in days to come.

God has love to the hair of Ishmael, Elam, will restore the fortunes in days to come.
The days to come is under the sovereign of the Lord, He made the schedule and things happen in his great plan.
How?
God is my Lord, he made everything in the days to come to the world.
