Jesus meets their hunger for teaching and for food.

Mark 6:30-44
Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.
You give them something to eat. They said to him, "That would take more than half a year's wages! Are we to go and spend that much o bread and give it to them to eat?" "How many loaves do you have?" he asked. When they found out, they said,"Five and two fish."
Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves.
They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up 12 basketful's of broken pieces of bread and fish. The number of the men who had eaten was five thousand.
The 12 report back, and Jesus sees their need for rest and a time away from the incessant demands of the crowds.
His plan is foiled - yet instead of being annoyed or irritable with the pursuers, his heart goes out to them. Jesus meets their hunger for teaching and for food.
Why?
Jesus asked his disciples go to a quiet place and get some rest. It is not go to the crowd to accept their gifts or demand from crowd.
Jesus sees their need for rest and a time away from the demands of the crowds. The demand of the crowd are unlimited.
Jesus meets their hunger for teaching and for food. This is our mission either today.
Jesus has enough faith to pray to the Lord and give thanks, than broke the loaves, it is satisfied 5000 people's need. It is mission impossible.
How?
Praise to the Lord, we need faith to do the work of the Lord and meets their hunger for teaching and food.
