The righteous are taken away to be spared from evil

Isaiah 57:1-13
The righteous perish, and no one takes it to heart; the devout are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil. Those who walk uprightly
    enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death.

The idols among the smooth stones of the ravines(溝壑) are your portion; indeed, they are your lot. Yes, to them you have poured out drink offerings and offered grain offerings. In view of all this, should I relent?

Is it not because I have long been silent  that you do not fear me?

When you cry out for help, let your collection of idols save you! The wind will carry all of them off, a mere breath will blow them away. But whoever takes refuge in me will inherit the land and possess my holy mountain.The people have been guilty of many sins - the charges are quite specific. They have run after the Canaanite gods, sacrificing at the hill-top shrines and joining in sexual rites and child-sacrifice. 
Why?
Some times the righteous perish is mercy of the Lord to them, God takes them away to be spared them from evil.
Sins and evil are hated by the Lord, so God will not relent sins.
It is the promise from the Lord whoever takes refuge in me will inherit the land and posses my holy mountain.
Is it not because I have long been silent that you do not fear me? Many people have this mind in their heart. We did not see the Lord, he is silent so they continue doing evil. they do not fear the Lord.
How?
God is the living God, God knows what everyone is doing in the world. God has his way to judge this world, God is not delay but give chance to us for repent.
