Rise up, Lord! May your enemies be scattered

Number 10:11-36
This was the order of march for the Israelite divisions as they set out.
Now Moses said to Hobab son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses’ father-in-law, “We are setting out for the place about which the Lord said, ‘I will give it to you.’ Come with us and we will treat you well, for the Lord has promised good things to Israel.”
He answered, “No, I will not go; I am going back to my own land and my own people.
But Moses said, “Please do not leave us. You know where we should camp in the wilderness, and you can be our eyes.  If you come with us, we will share with you whatever good things the Lord gives us.
Whenever the ark set out, Moses said,“Rise up, Lord!   May your enemies be scattered;   may your foes flee before you.
Whenever it came to rest, he said, Return, Lord,   to the countless thousands of Israel.
About three weeks after the census they strike camp and leave Me Sinai, in the order described in chapter 2.
Moses' brother-in-law goes with them as guide. The direction and company of the Lord is a very real thing.
Why?
To be a leader of Israelite, Moses declare powerful blessing to them. and declare the Lord is with them.
When God is moving, all enemies be scattered, when God came to rest, he is the countless thousand of Israel.
Moses hope his father-in-law may go with them to be their eyes, help Moses make decision. such as fair of management.
How?
Blessing comes from the Lord Almighty, No matter day and night God is my hope, my strength and my fortress.
