Stand firm in all the will of God, mature and fully assure

Colossians 4:7-18
Greeting
 My fellow prisoner Aristarchus sends you his greetings, as does Mark,the cousin of Barnabas. (You have received instructions about him; if he comes to you, welcome him.)
These are the only Jews among my co-workers for the kingdom of God, and they have proved a comfort to me. Greek only ones of the circumcision group
Jesus, who is called Justus, also sends greetings. These are the only Jews among my co-workers for the kingdom of God, and they have proved a comfort to me.
Epaphras,who is one of you and a servant of Christ Jesus, sends greetings. He is always wrestling in prayer for you, that you may stand firm in all the will of God, mature and fully assured.
Why?
There were many Paul's friend they are loved Jesus Christ, they could be good servants of the Lord and may confirm the faith to Jesus and proved a comfort to Paul.
Let the life be mature and fully assured, like Epaphras.
Only one of them is Jews means who is only ones of the circumcision group.
Can I be a good partner to help missionary group to fight for the mission.
