When I know than I should do it

1 King 14:1-20
The Lord warned Jeroboam third times when he asked his wife went to prophet Ahijah for his son was ill.
Jeroboam knew the Lord let him be king of Israel, he knew the Lord will say something about the future through his prophet.
Ahijah could not see; his sight was gone because of his age. The Lord told Ahijah who will come, so even Ahijah could not see, but he know who is coming, and what will happen to his family.
The son of Jeroboam dead when Jeroboam's wife stepped over the threshold of the house. Who will be buried because he is the only one in the house of Jeroboam in whom the Lord, the God of Israel, has found anything good.
Jeroboam have done more evil than all who lived before him He have made for himself other gods, idols made of metal; he provoked God to anger and thrust the Lord behind his back.
Why?
Jeroboam knew the Lord have done everything on his, he knew the Lord warned him he has done evil things, but Jeroboam still won't turn back to the Lord, he was concerning his kingdom only.
Bible's writer described Jeroboam very seriously for what he has done.
A righteous man could die more early for he Lord doesn't let him suffer too much pain and disaster in the world. The son of Jeroboam dead is the only one could be buried and be mourned.
Ahijah could not see because of  his age. We might lose our sense one day for our age. Moses is the chosen one from the Lord, he is getting older but he still can hear, can see, can listen, very healthy.
Even a blind prophet, if he is true, can see through pretence.
The kings writer is not interested in political or social history; loyalty or otherwise to God and true religion is the only measure of a king's success or failure.
How?
Don't worry too much about my health, my life is in hands of the Lord, even I have ill is the Lord permitted. When I am getting older, I have some decease is normal situation.
What I have to do is trust in the Lord and do what he commanded me.
Don't do like Jeroboam, he knew but he didn't do it.
