But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you

 Psalm 70:1-5

Hasten, O God, to save me; come quickly, Lord, to help me. May those who want to take my life be put to shame and confusion; may all who desire my ruin be turned back in disgrace. May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!” turn back because of their shame. But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who long for your saving help always say, “The Lord is great!”

But as for me, I am poor and needy;  come quickly to me, O God. You are my help and my deliverer; Lord, do not delay.

These verses also appear at the end of Psalm 40.

Why?

When crises come, maybe someone stolen our faith, our friend, our confidence. We may be destroyed by our environment, but trust in the Lord. For all who seek the Lord rejoice and be glad in God.

Be humble before the Lord, David confessed, I am poor and needy, so we need God to be our Lord.

大衛在極度危急時寫的。記念詩，有回想、提醒的詩篇。提醒1：記得我們是困苦窮乏的。提醒2：如何高興歡喜，尋求神。羞愧、受辱提到3次，因為他們沒有神、驕傲的人。5節出現4次快一點。求神的心何等迫切。其實神不會耽延，神的時間永遠剛剛好。我們對神的渴望是否一樣急迫呢?一個星期參加主日，我們是否一樣渴慕想見神，一日不見如隔三秋!
