In God I trust and am not afraid

Psalm 56:1-13
Be merciful to me, my God, for my enemies are in hot pursuitall day long they press their attack.
My adversaries pursue me all day long; in their pride many are attacking me.
In God, whose word I praise, in the Lord, whose word I praise—in God I trust and am not afraidWhat can man do to me?
I am under vows to you, my God; I will present my thank offerings to you. For you have delivered me from death and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before God in the light of life.
After the Philistines captured him in Gath. But neither 1 Samuel 21 or 27 records this. The psalmist has plenty to worry him and shake his nerve. But he knows the answer to fear. And he can safely and thankfully leave God to deal with his enemies.
Why?
Weapon of my enemies is the pride and evil words.
Light of life: It means in my life may enjoy the full blessing of the Lord.
In God I trust and am not afraid: For I have experienced the grace and mercy, the salvation of the Lord, so I believe that the Lord will save me one more time!
----------
---------
How?
I will present my thank offerings to you, O Lord!
