Zechariah 10:1-12
I will strengthen Judah and save the tribes of Joseph. I will restore them because I have compassion on them. They will be as though I had not rejected them, for I am the Lord their God and I will answer them.
Though I scatter them among the peoples, yet in distant lands they will remember me. They and their children will survive, and they will return.
They will pass through the sea of trouble; the surging sea will be subdued and all the depths of the Nile will dry up. Assyria’s pride will be brought down and Egypt’s scepter will pass away. I will strengthen them in the Lord and in his name they will live securely,” declares the Lord.
It is God, not pagan gods, who make the fields green and the earth a fertile place. Without a leader, God's people wander like lost sheep and easy prey to fortune-tellers and those who interpret dreams. God is full of pity for the straying flock. He will come to their rescue as a shepherd does. Everyone will be brought home. Verse 3 returns to the victory theme: God at the head of his hosts, working miracles for his people.
Why?
The promise of the Lord will be done, but the false talk and idols speak deceitfully will be proved and clear to everyone.
For God's name, God will answer his people with love and compassion.
The pride of Assyria and Egypt will be brought down and pass away. God will strengthen us in the Lord and in his name, God's people will live securely.

1)1 降雨是神的恩典，時間到了不一定下雨。認為雨季一定下雨，這是憑經驗。彌賽亞來臨時，神會賜恩雨。天氣、豐收都掌握在神手中，或是自己的才能。什麼時候覺得需要禱告?似乎都是自己有困難的時候，沒有把握的時候。如果自己有把握時不禱告就是靠經驗。
2)2-5 離棄偶像倚靠神才能打勝仗。神的怒氣要向假牧人發作。彌賽亞出自猶大！成為我們的保障、房角石，武器盾牌。
3)6-9 彌賽亞來臨使人真正的歸回：屬靈的歸回，不僅是回到家鄉，而是回到神的家。罪都被除去，成為聖潔。與主的關係會重建：我們是否體貼、關心神的事情。屬靈的歸回因主而喜樂：不是因為喝酒喜樂，喜樂、賺錢！因為主自己可而喜樂，以主為我們最重要的時當然會喜樂！領受使命願意被差派到各地去宣教：因為關心神的心意。
4)10-12 出埃及、亞述意思不再為奴，得勝！結論是神必賜給人堅定的信心。
你要專心仰賴耶和華、不可倚靠自己的聰明。在你一切所行的事上、都要認定他、他必指引你的路。」（箴三5-6）

How?
The blessing of the Lord is like the shower of rain covering his people. Be strong and don't be afraid.
