Let my cry for help come to you

Psalm 102:1-28
1. A prayer of an afflicted man.
The situation: my days vanish like smoke; my bones burn like glowing embers My heart is blighted and withered like grass; I forget to eat my food. My days are like the evening shadow; I wither away like grass.
2. Turned to the Lord:
But you, O Lord, sit enthroned forever; your renown名聲 endures through all generations.
You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come.
The Lord hear the groans of the prisoners and release those condemned to death.
3. The Prayer:
Hear my prayer, O Lord; let me cry for help come to you. Do not hide your face from me when I am in distress. Turn your ear to me; when I call, answer me quickly.
In the course of my life(By his power) he broken my strength; he cut short my days.
Do not take me away, O my God, in the midst of my days; your years go on through all generations.
4. Glory to the Lord:
You laid the foundation of the earth, and the heaven are the work of your hands. They will perish, but you remain. They will all wear out like garment. But you remain the same, and your years will never end.
Why?
The psalmist is a young man wearied by suffering. He pours out all his feelings to God.
I forget to eat my food: lost my appetite.
O my God, who live forever, don't take my life while I am so young!
How?
When we are groaning, pray to the Lord, he hear our prayer. He is faithfulness and reign forever. His kingdom endure forever, his year will never end. I am a little one but honest serve you, please let my cry for help come to you.
