Before do it, prepare it and think about it

Proverbs 24:19-34
To show partiality in judging is not good: Whoever says to the guilty, "You are innocent" - peoples will curse him and nations denounce聲討 him.
But it will go well with those who convict定罪 the guilty, and rich blessing will come upon them.
To lazy man, poverty will come on him like a bandit土匪 an scarcity缺乏 like an armed man.
Finish your outdoor work and get your field ready; after that, build your house.
Why?
Partiality in judging is not good, may be accept bribe or get some benefit from the evil one.
Get rid of guilty, partiality in judging the Lord knows it and it will be revealed to public.
Prepare the material and set it in order, after that build your house, do not hasty to build house in case of lacking some parts or elements.
How?
Prepare it and think about it, how and why, then do it. Don't rush to do the construction work.
