Confidence, strategy and encouragement to face enemy

Nehemiah 4:1-23
Nehemiah prayed to the Lord,"O our God, for we are despised. Turn their insults back on their own heads....", when Sanballat, and army of Samaria angry and greatly incensed, they ridiculed the Jews.
The enemy of Jews are Snballat, Tobiah, the Arans, the Ammonites and the men of Ashdod. They plotted tohether to come and fight against Jerusalem and sir up trouble against it. But 1)we prayed to our God and 2)posted a guard day and night to meet this threat.
Meanwhile, the problems came from inside of Jews, 1)the strength of the laborers is giving out, and there is so much rubble that we cannot rebuild the wall. 2)The Jews who lived near them came and told us "When you turn, they will attack us."
Nehemiah stationed some of the people behind the lowest points of the wall at the exposed places, posting them by families, with their swords, spears and bows. Encourage them with words to protect their family and property.
From that day on, half of Nehemiah 's men did the work, while the other half were equipped with spears, shields, bows and armor. But the man who sounded the trumpet stayed with Nehemiah.
All the people stay inside Jerusalem at night, so they can serve us as guards by night and workmen by day.
Why?
They have to face first ridicule, then terrorism from powerful opponents. Nehemiah's reply is prayer ad faith, plus practical action ' we pray. and set a guard'. "Remember the Lord ... and flight"
His unshakeable confidence comes from the certainly that 'our God will flight for us'.
Even the opponents is threaten to them but the most trouble is the heart of Jew be discouraged and laborers is give out, they can work and flight.
Nehemiah prayed and believed that the Lord will help them, actually the Lord had frustrated the plot of their enemy.
Nehemiah let the guards stationed in the weak position of the wall to encourage people.
How?
Unshakeable confidence comes from the certainly that "Our God will flight for us." and we have strategy to prevent and words to encourage all people.
