Rebuilding the wall with same heart and same goal without any privilege in it

Nehemiah 3:1-16
Builder of the Wall, listed name of builder in each section of the Wall.
Men of Tekoa, Their nobles would not put their shoulders to the work under their supervisors.
Men from Gibeon and Mizpah, places under the authority of the governor of Trans-Euphrates.
Shallum, ruler of a half-district of Jerusalem, repaired the next section with the help of his daughters.
This chapter describes the work from a starting-point on the north side and going anti-clockwise.
Most of the places mentioned cannot now be identified. But the Sheep Gate was on the north wall, eastern end; the Fish Gate at the north west corner; the Tower of the Ovens at  the north-est corner of David's city
People of all sorts join together in the work of rebuilding. The list mentions priests and perfumers goldsmiths and merchants, rulers - and women too. some undertook承諾 a double section.
Why?
Rebuilding the wall of Jerusalem included Jews, other people lived with them and included noble and the rulers, they didn't used their authority over this work, they did their own part. This work in same heart and same mind to get the one goal.
No personal privilege, no authority on this task.
How?
To rebuild the temple of the Lord, need the same heart and same mind work together with all church people.
