Stand up and praise the Lord my God, who is the only king everlasting to everlasting

Nehemiah 8:13-9:8
The second day of the month, the heads of all the families, along with the priests and the Levites, gathered around Ezra the scribe to gave attention to the words of the law, They found written in the Law, which the Lord had commanded through Moses, that the Israelites were to live in booths during the feast of the seventh month. So they did as the word of Moses said, they celebrated the feast for seven days, and on the eighth day, in accordance with the regulation, there was an assembly.
On the twenty-fourth day of the same month, the Israelites gathered together, fasting and wearing sackcloth and having dust on their heads. They stood in their places and confessed their sins and the wickedness of their fathers.
Eight leaders standing on the stairs said:"Stand up and praise the Lord your God, who is from everlasting to everlasting."
Why?
In the course of study, they rediscover the original instructions for the Feast of Tabernacles.  For the first time since Joshua they make leafy shelters to live in, as a reminder of their ancestors's desert-wandering after the exodus from Egypt.
Here, reversing the usual order, feasting is followed by fasting, joy by sorrow. The nations's repentance is genuine. Wrongs are righted and the people turn to God in confession and worship.
After been exiled Israelite really repent to their sins and the wickedness of their fathers. It is the recovery from their loss and turn back to the blessing of the Lord.
No matter where you are, no matter what you have done, when you repent and turn to the Lord, the sin is released and get the freedom and blessing from the Lord.
The reconstruction the wall then recovery of their heart and return back to the Lord is very important. Only the blessing of the Lord may keep us live peace and joy for ever. Repentance have to be done from the leaders to every one in the nation.
How?
Stand up and praise the Lord my God, who is the only king everlasting to everlasting.
