Man is head of woman in spiritual life

1 Cor 11:1-16
Every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors his head.
A man ought not to cover his head since he is the image and glory of God; but woman is the glory of man.
For this reason, and because of the angels, the woman ought to have a sign of authority on  her head.
For woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God.
If a man has long hair,  it is a disgrace to him, but that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory. If anyone wants to be contentious about this we have no other practice - nor do the churches of God.
The men, he says, should pray bareheaded, but women should cover their heads. A covered head is the symbol of authority given to women by God.
This is a difficult passage and the meaning is not wholly clear. In the end Paul falls back on what is customary in the churches.
Why?
In Jewish teaching the angels represent order. A woman who does not cover her long hair when she prays aloud in church or speaks God's message contravenes the proper order in worship. She is displaying her own glory, when the focus should be on God's glory.
Man needs woman and woman needs man, both have to respect each other. Both are come from the Lord.
Long hair is glory to woman, but disgrace to man.
There is not contentious about this issue for God is the head of Christ, Christ is the head of church, man is head of woman.
How?
Man should be live out the honor of his home and his woman, not authority but the spiritual life.
