Psalm 104:1-18
Praise the Lord, O my soul.
He makes grass grow for the cattle, and plants for man to cultivate - bringing forth food from the earth;
Wine that gladdens the heart of man, oil to make his face shine, and bread that sustains his heart.
The trees of the Lord are well watered, the cedars of Lebanon that he planted.
There the birds make their nests, the stork has its home in the pine trees. The high mountains belong to the wild goats; the crags are a refuge for the coney(rabbit, hyrax).
This wonderfully pictorial psalm to God the Creator and Sustainer of all has parallels in texts from Egypt and Mesopotamia. The psalmist conjures up the marvels, the grandeur(富麗堂皇), the detail of the earth and its creatures, sky and sea, sun and moon - the perfection and completeness of God's work in creation.
Why?
God is wonderful creator and sustainer to this world. Everything has it's way to live and growing.
Every man and animal and mountain and sea should shout to the Lord and praise God's holy name.
God gives us wine, oil and bread and many material let us live more better and numerous. All of these are good to man.
How?
Prais the Lord, God is great and makes wonder to all of us.
