If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all

Isaiah 7:1-9
King Rezin of Aram and Pekah son of Remaliah king of Israel marched up to fight against Jerusalem, but they could not overpower it.  The hearts of Ahaz and his people were shaken, as the trees of the forest are shaken by the wind.
Then the Lord said to Isaiah, “Go out, you and your son Shear-Jashub, to meet Ahaz at the end of the aqueduct of the Upper Pool
Yet this is what the Sovereign Lord says:“‘It will not take place, it will not happen, Within sixty-five years Ephraim will be too shattered to be a people. If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.’”
The Date is about 715 BC. Uzziah's grandson, Ahaz, is on the throne. Ahax defied God, and in consequence his kingdom came under attack from all quarters. When he refused to join the Israel/Syria alliance Assyria, they attacked Judah. It is at this point that Isaiah goes to him with God's message.
Why?
Isaiah is a messenger of the Lord. for Isiah obey God's word and like to be God's messenger of the Lord. He said "Here I am."
Stand firm in your faith, you will stand at all. My faith is stand on Jesus Christ and the Almighty God.
How?
Continue trust in the Lord and stand firm.
