God's word is not change

Leviticus 26:21-46
If int spite of this you still do not listen to me but continue to be hostile toward me, then in my anger I will be hostile toward you, and I myself will punish you for your sins seven times over.
But if they will confess their sins and the sins of their fathers, then when those uncircumcised hearts are humbled and they pay for their sin, I will remember my covenant with Jacob and my covenant with Isaac and my covenant with Abraham, and I will remember the land.
The cursings are more detailed than the blessings: human nature being what it is, fear brings a readier response than love. Yet even after all the disobedience, God still promises to respond to the call of genuine repentance.
Why?
Warning is horrible than any others, but atlas Israelites still disobedience to the Lord later, so they suffering and being exiled to enemy nations. Because He is the Lord who brought them from Egypt.
God is love, he remember the covenant with Jacob, Isaac and Abraham, when they confess their sins, God will save them and bring them back to the promised land. For God is faithfulness to his people.
How?
Repent our sins and obey God's commands the blessing will come to us. God is the Lord, his word is not change.
