Be always on the watch, and pray

Luke 21:20-38
Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down(壓垮) with dissipation(耗散), drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap. Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.
The fall of Jerusalem: phase one of the end.
Cosmic upheaval(動盪) and Jesus' return: phase two of the end.
The certainty of these events. 'All' must refer to the warning signs, including the fall of Jerusalem. All the indications are that Christ's coming is near: yet God still delays, giving time for the good news to be made known through out the world. The fig-tree is the first to come into leaf in Palestine.
Why?
All the indications are showing Christ's coming is near, so be careful do not lose our heart into the world. Be always on the watch, and pray to secure our life to see Jesus return.
Jesus will come again with power and great glory.
God's word will never pass away, even heaven and earth will pass away. Trust in God and follow God's word is the best way to everyone.
Dissipation: worn out with busy and burden of life. This is the situation of mine now.
How?
Dear Lord, please help me do not be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life.
