Anyone keeps my word, he will never see death

John 8:48-59
The Jews despised Jesus as an alien- The Samaritan and demon-possessed.
Jesus replied,"If I glorify myself, my glory mean nothing, My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me."
I tell you the truth, if anyone keeps my word, he will never see death.
Jews didn't believe Jesus is higher than prophets in Israel. Jews didn't believe Jesus is the Son of God.
First words to prove Jesus himself: "Can any of you prove my guilty of sin?"
Second words proved he is right:"I am not seeking glory for myself."
When Jesus said "Abraham rejoiced at the thought of seeing his day","before Abraham was born, I am!" they were angry and picked up stones to stone Jesus.
Why?
When you believe Jesus is the son of God, all he said is true, if you don't believe in him every word is meaningless.
As Jesus said even you don't believe what he said, but from what he did, we should believe that he is son of God.
Jesus takes himself the name of God:' I am', the eternal one.
Keep Jesus word will never see death. This is an eternal life in spiritual, not the physical body, our flesh will perish one day.
How?
Ask for God give us the spiritual life to know every word of God. And keep Jesus word.
