Don't go into great detail about what one has seen

Colossians 2:16-23
These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ. These are drink, eat, religious festival, New moon celebration or Sabbath day.
Don't let anyone delights in false humility, worship of angels. Such a person goes into great detail about what he has seen, and his nonspiritual mind puffs him up with idles notion. He has lost connection with the Head.
Such regulations indeed have an appearance of wisdom, with their self-imposed worship, their false humility and their harsh treatment of the body, but they lack any value in restraining sensual indulgence.
Why?
By his death the Jewish law has been superseded: the shadow has given way to reality. "Then why behave as though you were still living the life of the world?"
Forsake the regulations that may lead us false humility or meaningless behavior to our life. Don't goes into great detail about what has seen. It is the feature of this world, it is not related to the reality of Christ. Jesus is dead, so we also dead with him in this world. He has risen, so we have new life from Christ, we are free from the sins.
How?
Do I follow the regulations with what heart and mind in present of the Lord? May my heart and my mind focus at Jesus Christ. What I have seen doesn't mean the truth, but rely on how says in Bible.
