Speak always be gracious, seasoned with salt

Colossians 4:2-18
Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.
Conduct yourselves wisely toward outsiders, making the best use of the time.
Let speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.
To declare the mystery of Christ, on account of which Paul is in prison.
It is good to find Mark reinstated after the trouble he once caused between Paul and Barnabar.
Luke stayed with Paul to the end. Aristarchus, who though a Jew came from Greece, was another longstanding companion of Paul's and had been involved in the riot at Ephesus.
Why?
Prayer for our self and for the needy persons with thanksgiving and being watchful, for we are easy to be lazy and pray the same thing repeat the same words.
Paul was in prison at Rome when he wrote this letter.
The new life is one of prayer and thanksgiving to God.
Speak with salt that is the role of  Christian  in the world, let the word be purified and preserved for the good, influence others gradually to the right behavior with the truth.
How?
Speak always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that I may know how I ought to answer each person.
