LIft up my hands in sanctuary to praise the Lord

Psalm 134:1-3
Praise the Lord, all you servants of the Lord,who minister by night in the house of the Lord.
Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the Lord.
May the Lord bless you from Zion, he who is the Maker of heaven and earth.
Why?
The 'Song of ascents' group of psalms closes with this little night-time prayer as the pilgrims depart.
v1 and v2 would seem to be their words to the priests and Levites, who respond with the blessing in v3
A minister in church now like ancient priest stood in sanctuary to praise the Lord.
Lift up my hands to praise the Lord!
How?
To be a minister, a servant of the Lord, praise the Lord all day.
