Let me be a blessing man to others

Psalm 129:1-8
The blessing of the Lord be upon you! We bless you in the name of the Lord! - best blessing to others.
Let Israel now say - Greatly have they afflicted me from my youth, yet they have not prevailed against me.
The Lord is righteous; he has cut the cords of the wicked. May all who hate Zion be put to shame and turned backward!
Why?
A single voice invites the company to elaborate on Israel's ill-treatment by their enemies. Call for God's judgment (self-justification. cursing and vengeance in Psalm)
The passed-by would normally call out a blessing by way of greeting. Comparing the English 'goodbye',  'God be with you'
How?
The pain and suffering will pass away, blessing of Lord be upon us. All the enemies can't not prevail against me for the Lord is with me, his blessing with me.
Let me be a blessing me to others.
