Proverbs 13:1-25
He who guards his lips guards his life, but he who speaks rashly will come to ruin.
A man's riches may ransom his life, but a poor man hears no threat.
A poor man's field may produce abundant food, but injustice sweeps it away.
He who spares the rod hates his son, but he who loves him is careful to discipline him.
He who ignores discipline comes to poverty and shame, but whoever heeds correction is honored.
The righteous eat to their hearts' content, but the stomach of the wicked goes hungry.
Hope deferred makes the heart sick but a longing fulfilling is a tree of life.
Why?
Proverbs always teach us guards our lips, it is guards our life.
Man's rich's may spent his whole life to earn it, when he heard threat, he may use his money to ransom his life. Poor man has nothing so he doesn't care what threat.
Rich man and poor man's field may produce abundant food, but injustice sweeps it away, righteous man may keep his achievement. So most righteous men are rich.
Disciple is a long course in our life, each difficult is disciple to us. Learn it and don't make mistake again is the key to success.
Waiting for hope makes the heart sick, faithful heart usually goes through difficult way. When a longing fulfilling is a tree of life, delight his life.
How?
Remember what discipline I have learned, don't make the same fault again, the principle is treat anyone with love and faithfulness. To be a noble and prudent man.
