Let all the earth be silent before him

Habakkuk 2:1-20
The Lord replied Habakkuk: Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald(so that whoever read it) may run with it. For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; if will certainly come and will not delay.
The righteous will live by his faith.
Five woes to Babylonians, 1)Woe to him who piles up stolen goods and makes himself wealthy by extortion! 2)Woe to him who builds his realm by unjust gain to set his nest on high. 3)Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed and established a town by crime! 4)Woe to him who gives drink to his neighbors, pouring it from the wine skin till they are drunk, so that he can gaze on their naked bodies. 5)Woe to him who says to wood, 'Come to life!' or to lifeless stone,'Wake up'.
The Lord is in his holy temple; let all the earth be silent before him.

The assurance comes: God has not changed his nature; he has not joined sides with the wicked When the final scores are added up, only those who trust God and remain true to him will live.
God will punish all humanity's arrogant pride.
Woe 1)who greedily grab what belongs to others 2)who for selfish ends justify the cruellest means 3)who climb to power on the backs of others 4)who destroy and dehumanize 5) who give their worship to idols shaped by human hands.
Why?
God's words are plain and easy to read, written on the tablet that heritage may read it from generation to generation.
Do not angry or envy to the evil doer, it is linger, wait for it. It will certainly come and will not delay. The Lord is righteous.
Nothing to Christian complain about!
How?
Worship the Lord in his temple and all his creation should be silent before Him. Give thanks to the Lord for his love endure forever!
