Plan fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed. Discuss meeting is necessary.
A man finds joy in giving an apt reply- and how good is a timely word.
The path of life leads upward for the wise to keep him from going down to the grave.
A greedy man brings trouble to his family, but he who hates bribes will live.
A cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones.
The fear of the Lord teaches a man wisdom, and humility comes before honor.
Why?
A plan need to be counsel with many, personal prospective many miss some points  or view from narrow point.
Good word given in right time, this is I needed.
Don't be achieved by greedy and bribe. All of it may bring trouble. Living peace with a little better than rich with worry. (v17)
Cheerful look usually has joyful heart and with love, then joy return to his heart.
Humility earn other's respect, so the honor will follow it.
How?
Dear Lord please give me the timely word to reply. I need your wisdom in my life.
 How good is a timely word.
Don't make a plan by myself and execute it by myself.
