Church leader

1 Timothy 3:1-7
Being an overseer( traditionally bishop) who must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money.
Who must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him with proper respect.
Who must have good reputation with outsiders. Total is 12 items.
Paul's list of qualifications for these leaders makes sound sense. They must be men who can control themselves and their families, who have the respect of the outside world.
Why?
To be a leader or servant of God's home, should be have good reputation in church and outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil's trap.
It was Paul's practice to appoint several elders to take charge of each church.
'Overseein' what went on was one of the functions of the elder's role. These in turn were assisted by 'helpers'
God's revealed secret in Jesus Christ faith is God-given, not made by people.
How?
Follow the list of qualifications for church and serve the Lord, Jesus Christ. The most difficult to me is above reproach.
