Judges 18:13-31
There was no one to rescue them because they lived a long way from Sidon and had no relationship with anyone else. The city was in a valley near Beth Rehob.
The Danites rebuilt the city and settled there. They named it Dan after their ancestor Dan, who was born to Israel—though the city used to be called Laish.
They continued to use the idol Micah had made, all the time the house of God was in Shiloh.
The Levites were given cities to live in, yet here is one 'lookig fr somewhere to ive'. He sells his services to Micah, then robs him of his sacred objects and transfers to the bribe of Dan, who set up a new shrine in the north, to rival Shiloh, the true religious centre of Israel at this time.
Why?
People did what they saw fit. So even the Levites sold himself for living instead of the Lord.
Keep communication with others may take care of our security.
How?
We are live in the world to preach Gospel and touch people, let people knows Jesus.
