rise before dawn and cry for help

Psalm 119:145-160
I rise before dawn and cry for help; I have put my hope in your word.
My eyes stay open through the watches of the night(夜更未換將眼睜開), that I may meditate on your promises.
Preserve my life according to your laws, according to your promise, according to your love.
To see it broken genuinely distresses him. His glad obedience, love and regard for God's will provide a constant challenge for every believer. The psalm's focus on the truly happy life as one deep-rooted in reverence for God connect it with other 'wisdom' psalms.
Why?
Psalmist rise up in the early morning to pray and meditate God's word and promises.
Pray to God preserve my life for his laws, his promise and his love. God is faithful, righteous endure forever, has endless love.
Meditate God's word and promise may calm down my heart and give me more understanding.
How?
Rise before dawn and cry for help, read God's word and meditate his promise.
