Jeremiah 19:1-20:6
The Lord says; Go and buy a clay jar from a potter. Take along some of the elders of the people and of the priests and go out to the Valley of Ben Hinnom.
Be aware, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when people will no longer call this place Topheth or the Valley of Ben Hinnom, but they Valley of Slaughter.
Then break the jar while those who go with you are watching, and say to them, This is what the Lord Almighty says: I will smash this nation and this city just as this potter's jar is smash and cannot be repaired. They will bury the dead in Topheth until there is no more room.
Jeremiah then returned from Topheth, where the Lord had sent him to prophesy, and stood in the court of the Lord's temple and said to all the people.
The official in charge of the temple of the Lord had Jeremiah and put in the stocks at the Upper Gate of Benjamin at the Lord's temple.
Next day Jeremiah told him the destination of his family and his.
Jeremiah breaks his pottery jar in another acted parable. Having got people's attention, he explains: God will break the city and people as surely and as irreparably as that jug.
Jeremiah goes straight from the Hinnom Valley to the temple; and there his message lands him in trouble.
Why?
When people's heart is harden, any warning message could not affect him or turn his way back.
Sometime we have our idea and dream to make, without God's approve it is can't be succeed.
God's blessing are based on following his word and do the right things.
Our life is like a clay jar that God made it, when it is useless will be discarded by the master, the Lord.
How?
Be aware the warning from Holy Spirit and always truest in the Lord and go on the way of God's command
